Maybe it was due to easter holiday, but from reception to breakfast team, We would expect to see normal / regular faces not surly one. Also this hotel is below the regular leonardo standards. We suggest to provide water in the rooms as it is a rule of thumb for the service sector for this kind of hotel chain"

I showed them my booking confirmation, and they began preparing the room by bringing in a single bed. I asked how two children could sleep in a single bed, and the staff member, clearly confused, returned with another single bed. Unfortunately, the pillows were very dirty, and there were a few spiders in the room, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, it was a night to remember for all the wrong reasons. The only positive thing about the hotel was the warm chocolate cookies 😊"
