給凱達酒店： 因早機關係，早上十點多已到達酒店，基本上已明白太早是未有房間準備好的，便計劃先到附近逛逛，之後午飯，以上是全靠酒店的服務員👉🏼Dennis Ko柯翔繽的熱情招待，提出建議、路程指引及代訂這幾天的午飯及晚飯、非常熱情主動服務👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 到下午約14:40左右，因在大堂等候了一段時間，並嘗試到reception問問有房間沒有？怎料到接觸的一位女服務員（沒留意名字）；態度真的另我驚訝；冷淡、不友善、像心情差的應對我，全程沒有眼神交流，不愉快的心情我便開始了😣其實簡單來說🤔我只是詢問現在可否辦理入住手續沒有…接着就面對以上的態度回應，到最後應該是位客務經理出來瞭解事情吧！之後”秒變”即辦理入房手續。 我們4人共兩房入住三晚，整體上相對滿意的。房間潔淨還是可以的，雖則兩張不是大床，但讓住宿舒適無壓力，唯一可惜的是在床上睡眠時，冷氣風口吹正面部🤦🏻♂️是硬件的設備，無法解決！唯有將風力調到最小。 此外，負責門口車輛上落的青春活力十足兩位女服務員👉🏼葉佳麗，另一位看不到她名字，她們的熱誠服務態度要給5粒⭐️值得表揚👍🏼其實絕大部份酒店服務人員態度是到位的👍🏼主動服務對旅客是非常重要。💪🏼 台灣仍是旅遊的優質選擇，雖有些小瑕疵，但不影響整體愉快的住宿體驗。

整體來說還行吧，只是房間裡的設施有破損，但不太影響。一進門有一條窄窄的走廊，兩旁是廁所、浴室還有洗手台，進到裡面挺寬敞，只是走廊會有點減分。

地理位置很方便

平價且高貴的飯店。直接五星好評

今次是5年後來台北重住這酒店，服務水準也能保持，服務人員態度親切有禮，但可能是太多旅客，等電梯時間比較。

Location not so strategic

I booked the hotel because of the swimming pool but I don’t bother to use, small and no privacy. Check in at the hotel also has no good experience, staff is rude to tell the room is not ready and I must check in by myself with the machine. Actually except the first staff I talked to, all other staff are nice and friendly

Hotel lobby looks pretty grand. Location is great as it is right beside Wanhua train station (sheltered all the way). Amenities can be better though, no bottled water provided in the room, got to go to the water dispenser outside the room. There’s a gym and an outdoor pool. Great for families.

Reasonable room size, without wardrobe, separate toilet and shower area, small bathtub. Average breakfast spreed.

アメニティは台湾の法律かなんかであんま提供できないらしいから、あれだけどほかは文句なし

The place was the prefer getaway for me and my family. We stayed in the deluxe room and the things offered were as shown online. The swimming pool and gym facilities served their purpose for my short trip. The only thing is this hotel is not close to Taipei 101 — about a 20-30 minute ride. But my main goal was not for sightseeing, rather a little retreat. Would come again 100%!

當日12點到達未夠鐘 check-in, 只放下行李再出外逛街，到4:30 回酒店自助取房，但酒店竟然還未能取房，又要到 counter 處理，浪費等候時間。酒店方面要注意一下
