酒店很好，泳池雖然不大，但泳池是有風景的泳池。 前台的女士非常好，很熱情的幫忙介紹景點和餐廳。 早餐也很不錯，可以面對着大海吃早餐，服務人員也很熱情。 酒店的地理位置很方便，就在入城的地方，走兩步就到古城很方便。 開車去的話要留意下酒店的入口以免錯過，錯過的話因為是單行道所以需要繞一大圈才能回來酒店入口。 是非常好的酒店，留下了很多美好的回憶。

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. It is extremely private as they only have 24 rooms and you need a key to even access the property in any way. The rooms are comfortable, well designed, beautiful and enjoyable. The service is special. There is a rooftop restaurant for breakfast which provides beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area. Food at breakfast is great. Overall, I rank this as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it if you can afford it.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal von Anfang bis zum Ende. Das Degustationsmenu im Restaurant ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist gut und man wird verwöhnt. Sitzt man in der Halle, muss man sich schon etwas bemerkbar machen, um einen Drink zu erhalten. Evtl. ist das Konzept so, dass man die Gäste eher in Ruhe lässt um nicht aufdringlich zu wirken.

最悪の経験です。 カビの匂いが充満した部屋を提供しているホテルに嫌悪を感じます。 健康に害があると思ってすぐに別のホテルに移りました。2泊分のホテル代金€1,500は戻って来ません。ですが、私の旅行は素敵なまま維持できました。

Top notch. Lovely room and beautiful hotel, pool and grounds. Very quiet but only a couple of minutes walk to the main Taormina sights. We enjoyed our stay just not long enough.

5(4)-star boutique hotel with unreleased potential The property is beautiful with a nice, north-western view (note that there’s no view to Etna, which is a big minus being in Taormina.) We booked a standard room, which was very small and quite frankly did not meet the standards of an expensive 5-star hotel. The biggest problem with the hotel, however, is the service. Some of the staff were indeed very professional and friendly, but too many of them were not. Espesically at breakfast: it took too long to order, they forgot what you had ordered (always some mistakes) and the service was non-existent. It felt like several of the staff were not very happy about working at the Ashbee hotel and had very little enthusiasm about the work. The check-in process was also quite underwhelming, with little to no information - it felt like you were just thrown into the room. All in all, way too expensive for the service you get. We had dinner one night at the Four Seasons and the difference in service could not have been bigger.

This is the first class hotel, very well located, with an excellent staff, especially the personnel at the front desk. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and we enjoyed our morning breakfast from the rooftop of the hotel. My only complaint would be were the overall cost of the hotel which of course we knew about when we booked it, but it is a very expensive hotel and not really worth over $1000/nt. Also the shower consists of a rain type system with multiple rain shower heads. Unfortunately, the location of the rain shower heads are such that they interfere with the ability to grab your shampoos and/or to change the water pressure and temperature of the water. You feel a little like being in a typhoon while you’re taking your shower. Otherwise our experience was very good.
