Hotel is an old building but location is great and has all amenities needed in a clean environment. Service is fantastic with staff being on hand for anything and very helpful and friendly

We stayed at the Harrods Hotel Tel Aviv and were very impressed by the central location, the luxurious atmosphere and the courteous service. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the breakfast was rich and varied. However, unfortunately, the pool experience was disappointing. The pool was not clean enough for our liking, and this marred our enjoyment of the hotel stay. We expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially in a hotel of this level. In conclusion, the Harrods Hotel Tel Aviv offers a pampering and quality experience, but attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the pool. If this issue is addressed, the hotel will be able to offer a perfect experience to its guests.

I booked 3 rooms the room and the hotel not Cleaning at all and more then that we had in my room few animals running under my bad!!! The pilow was with sma off someone elth When Ever i asked - the team help very nice pepole

酒店面对地中海美丽的海灘，给我的房間很大，有两個洗手间、一個露台和大客厅。傢俱比较陳旧。但同样价钱，我的朋友房間只是普通的size。 酒店大堂和早饭的餐厅都有非常漂亮的海景，令人賞心悅目。 酒店有露天停車場，但收費挺贵，兩晚收了160 ILS。

設施：地理位置優勢 整體比較齊全 衞生：衞生也不錯 環境：環境優美 服務：服務不錯 健身房需要刷卡進入 可以提前在前台填一張表格開卡 總體來説還是比較好

The service was good as the facilities are quiet old and needs to be renew. The food is very good and I enjoyed it a lot.

Lors de la réservation nous avions précisé que nous souhaitions des chambres au calme ce qui ne nous a pas été attribué Quant a la chambre dès notre arrivée nous avons constaté que les draps étaient sales Le menage a été très léger toute la semaine par exemple la baignoire n a jamais été nettoyée La piscine a débordé plusieurs jours avec les risques de chute près de la piscine Un seul parasol pour toute la piscine vite réservé évidemment par les familles Les transats sont en bois peu confortables certains étaient cassés Plus de serviettes propres après 17h la piscine fermant à 18h Le petit déjeuner est copieux quand pris tôt mais il faut nettoyer et mettre la table du petit déjeuner si on veut déjeuner dans les 10 mn de l arrivée…Sinon bon emplacement avec accès direct à la plage le restaurant est agréable avec vue sur la plage

Eden was very helpful, kind and charming! The hotel is nice and clean. Eden, the girl who works at the hotel, helped us and was great!!! We will come back for her The food was delicious and everything was great, the room was very nice, we will be back because of all of these.

There were fresh pastries, a range of breads, cereals, and fruit, as well as hot options like scrambled eggs, sausages, and perfectly crispy hash browns. I especially appreciated the made-to-order omelet station, where the chef prepared my omelet exactly how I liked it. What stood out most was the attention to detail. The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was appealing, and the food was consistently replenished. Beverages included freshly brewed coffee, a selection of teas, and cold-pressed juices, which added a refreshing touch. It was clear that the staff took pride in their service, creating a relaxed and enjoyable start to the day. This breakfast experience truly enhanced my stay at the hotel, and I would gladly return based on the quality and warmth of this morning meal alone.
