酒店環境不錯，很新很安靜 前台小哥很有耐心很禮貌 除了周邊沒特別多美食和商店（步行需要20分鐘）以外 其他都很完美

The stay in Canopy was good overall - The hotel was quiet and clean. The wifi was good. Also, close to a metro station of Sherbourne. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and prompt to address the requirement I need. Our room type was "two queen beds room", it's adequate in size with a clean and bright, minimalist swedish design that i found quite appealing. i must admit i was a little disappointed by the lack of any view - just the windows of the neighboring apartment building. My favorite amenities were the drawer refrigerator, which was big enough for putting the stuffs what we bought but of course there are your standard amenities too - espresso maker, electric tea kettle. I should also mention that there's a glass bottle available for water that you need to fetch out in the lobby of the floor, where the water dispenser is. It's no inconvenience at all but it's environmentally friendly.

방 크기도 크고 친절하고 너무 좋았습니다.다음에 또 간다면 예약할 생각 있어요. 지하철역도 바로 앞이고 웬만한 시설들 근처에 다 있어서..1박만 했는데 아쉬웠네요

樓下就是市中心一條街，路口就是地鐵，樓下有炸**麥當勞超市，走到博物館二十分鐘，前台沒有看到評論説的中文服務，房間很乾凈每天都有認真打掃。

裝修很有自己的風格，但房間的設施就平平無奇，服務也一般，比如 入住後打電話問前台要一次性脱鞋結果前台説沒有服務人員available要自己去前台拿，房間裏的木地板上有一大片看起來無法清潔的不明污漬，有點影響觀感。總體沒什麼亮點不太推薦

房間整潔設計新穎，服務熱情，餐飲美食可口稱心。尤其是一進入房間時，即可看到電視大屏幕上謝謝歡迎xxx，打着自己名字，很有專屬感覺。

Esta estadia correu mal desde o inicio. Por erro nosso, marcamos a estadia um dia mais cedo do que o suposto. Solicitamos imediatamente tanto ao Trip como ao hotel para remarcarmos a estadia uma noite mais tarde, e não houve atenção nenhuma. Mesmo assim, antecipámos a nossa viagem. Realmente o hotel é de muito boa qualidade, no entanto alguns apontamentos a serem melhorados: a piscina interior, que nos foi dito de água quente, na realidade era de água morna; no quarto apenas continha roupão e chinelos para uma pessoa (quando a estadia era para 2); durante o jantar no restaurante Día, informámos que era o meu aniversario. Disseram-nos que nos oferecíam a sobremesa, no entanto quando foi para pedir, a cozinha tinha acabado de fechar e não satisfizeram o pedido.
