"I booked two separate nights, but when I checked in, I couldn't find any record of the second night's reservation. I contacted Ctrip customer service and they finally resolved the issue. They said the Ctrip agent didn't pay on time, which was why there was no information about the second night's check-in... What a misunderstanding, I guess."

"Having watched the TV programme with the Brennan Brothers when the hotel opened I was looking forward to having lunch there with my friend on Saturday 11th of April.However I was sorely disappointed with the food. I had chosen the roast of the day which happened to be pork with red cabbage. After waiting for 30 minutes the dish eventually arrived - two dried out slices of pork on top of a mound of mash, swimming in a pool of gravy. There was a dried out rim on the plate as if it had been sitting on a counter top for some time. It looked disgusting. I sent it back and just ordered a toasted sandwich instead. I enclose a photo of my meal"
