"The hotel is very good and sleeps well 👍🏻 But we booked a little bit so I accidentally booked one person (two of us), and we had to add another 30 euros when we checked in. Although the price of two people is the same as that of one person, we also paid for our mistakes. The key point that made me uncomfortable was the cold attitude of the front desk lady. When I asked questions, she answered with a bad attitude. For example, I asked can i have the receipt? and she said i am printing it right now. We wanted to ask if we could go to that room to get our bag back, and she returned the door wasn't lock. In fact, many questions can be answered friendlyly but the attitude is weird (I don't know if the previous thing made her not impressed us but we paid very readily) turned around and chatted nicely to other white guests. I feel bad"

"We had a wonderful stay in one of the Estate Cabins. A lovely breakfast in the hotel, and a top class dinner in The Brasserie. Would highly recommend. We also had access to the Outdoor Hottub and Thermal Suite in the Spa, which was a fabulous experience. Overall 10/10 stay."
