Xela Tulum - Member of Design Hotels

Passamos uma semana de sonho no Xela. O hotel é super exclusivo com acesso directo à praia. As camas de praia são ótimas e sofás também. O serviço de bar é sempre constante. A piscina é igualmente apetitosa e com um paisagismo super envolvente. O nosso quarto não podia ser melhor. Tinha vista para o mar e para os jardins da piscina. A cama era muito confortável. O quarto estava muito bem decorado e a WC é muito prática e atual. O restaurante servia pequenos almoços deliciosos e refeições super saudáveis e variadas. Toda a decoração do hotel e paisagismo são muito Tulum e com um bom gosto cativante. Mas o que nós gostamos mais de toda a estadia foi a simpatia de todo o Staff! As pessoas é que fazem toda a diferença . Parabéns a todos pelo carinho e disponibilidade sempre presente com um sorriso. Muchas gracias equipo maravilla!

El hotel es pequeño con un estilo increible y enfocado a la atención a los huespedes. La ubicación es excelente, dentro de ma zona hotelera, justo enfrente del restaurante Nu que es de la misma cadena y muy recomendable. Los concierges y todo el personal fueron super amables y atentos. El lugar es espectacular, tiene servicion en la playa una pequeña alberca y ademas puedes usar la del hotel de enfrente que es mas grande, las habitaciones comodisimas.Si, es caro pero vale cada centavo gastado. Lo unico que lamento es no haberme quedado mas tiempo.

When my husband and I arrived in Tulum, we wanted to feel safe, welcomed, and taken care of. The concierge team Victoria, Iván, and Paula and Emily the house manager along with the other staff made that happen! The bartender Malcolm, and the waiters that served us, Óscar, Juan, and Sebastián, were so quick to get to know us by name and had a smile from day one serving us. Housekeeping staff, Vicente, Juan, and Yami, were dedicated, driven, and happy to make sure the daily housekeeping was giving us a sense of comfortably, relaxation, and cleanliness in our rooms. The valet staff were so fast and always had the car ready for us. It was so easy to grab the car and have it parked. Any requests my husband and I made with our stay were not ignored. If the staff did not know if a request could be fulfilled and honored, they were inquisitive and let us know if the request could be honored. The gym, with a bathroom, was perfect for quick weight training sessions during the visit. The massages at the spa across the street were probably the best massages in all of Tulum! Friendly, professional, and amazing accuracy for the type of pressure requested. The massage therapists were attentive and listened to our requests during the service. The food was always fresh and delicious to eat, especially the tacos for lunch. They were authentic and the tortillas seemed to be handmade! Nu, the restaurant across the street, was probably hands down the best restaurant we had dinner at while staying in Tulum. This hotel feels like a home away from home and does not disappoint or leave room for error. Thank you for a beautiful experience and stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Xela. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is excellent and the food is delicious! Victoria, Emily, Panditas, Ivan and the rest of the staff provided a five star experience. Oh yeah- the beach is perfect too!

This property was once a family home, and the transition to a hotel successfully kept that familial warmth and connection. The staff are instantly your friends, the decor tells stories of adventure and love for nature, and the views perfect in every way
