Small, beautiful, historical apartment house "Casa San Vio". In the centre of Venezia, in the district Dorsoduro, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, directly by the canal. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop "Piazzale Roma" 1.7 km, railway station "Venezia Santa Lucia" 2 km, ferry "Vaporetto stop Accademia" 300 m. Nearby attractions: Ponte dell'Accademia 300 m, Museo Peggy Guggenheim 300 m, Gallerie dell'Accademia 300 m, Teatro La Fenice 900 m, Piazza San Marco 1.2 km. Please note: childminding (extra). 5-room apartment 105 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Very comfortable and beautiful furnishings: entrance hall. Small lounge with 1 sofabed. nice apartment mainly on first floor with a bedroom downstairs. no good for disabled access. kitchen not fully equipped(no oil /chopping board)/no hot water) you would have to buy all your kitchen needs. little toilet paper. for a two day stay perfect but

The apartment has everything you need. The top and bottom floors seem a bit cut off from each other, but since my children are big, it was no problem. The apartment is in a nice and quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, vaporetto and within walking dis

this accommodation had 3 bedrooms, 1 was on the ground floor without heating, and my children caught a cold. This accommodation should have had wifi and the owner told me that there was none in winter, which generated costs for us who were counting on it.
