They don’t explain this upfront. We complained, and we heard five other tourists from the US also complaining about unfair charges. Even though breakfast was included, who would know a large fruit platter costs extra while a small one doesn’t? When we raised this with the front desk, a slightly overweight young woman had a very poor attitude."

"Especially terrible experience, the hotel's location with no shops nearby to purchase anything, you can only buy from the hotel. The internet in the room is poor. The breakfast bread and eggs are not fresh. Halfway through drinking orange juice from a glass, I noticed the glass was already cracked, posing a risk of ingesting glass shards. From the moment I checked in, I could feel racial discrimination. My room was on the first floor adjacent to the staff room(Even I confirmed my check-in at 3 PM. ); making it noisy at night with curtains that couldn't block the light ; during breakfast time, I was asked to sit in a corner double seat when the large table was empty. But others can freely sit in four or six seats."
