Lukas hat vor mir bewertet, seine Beschreibung stimmt punkt für punkt: super netter empfang, grosszügige zimmer mit 4m Raumhöhe im alten venezianischen Stil: Holzdecke, Stofftapete. Dusche wie aus dem weltraum, so modern und super sauber, sehr sehr sehr ruhig. Pünktlich morgens um exakt die ausgemachte Uhrzeit klopft C. und liefert den Kaffee aufs Zimmer. Location sowieso perfekt, 300m rundherum ist irgendwie alles was man sucht. Ein Gästeparadies! NB: Kanal-View kann man sich sparen, das ist nicht der Canale Grande sondern ein mini mini bach.

Wij verbleven in de Casanova Suite, wat een ruimte en super schoon. We kwamen 's avonds om 20.30 uur in het hotel aan en de zeer vriendelijke eigenaar bracht ons, lopend door een wirwar van straatjes, naar een leuk restaurantje waar we heerlijk hebben gegeten. Geweldig om op zo'n manier kennis te maken met Venetië. Het ontbijt was prima en de locatie geweldig: je bent heel snel op het San Marcoplein en bij de Rialtobrug, maar ook bij de waterbushalte. Kortom: een echte aanrader!

Beautiful suite in Venice
I was travelling with my adult son and it was a challenge to find accommodation with 2 separate rooms and beds. This fit the bill in an amazingly convenient location to all the sites but far enough away from the noise. Like all places in Venice it was a bit tricky to find and get to but not too bad as it is right in the corner of Campo Santo Stefano. I think writing the directions on the site would be helpful as even google maps gets a bit confused. Small detail as our stay was amazing! Very clean!

Property is close to shop and everything. However, you need to watch out for high tide. Staff is very helpful, he arranged private water taxi and help your luggage to hotel. You need cash to pay for water taxi and hotel taxes.

Han sido unos días para no olvidar. Viendo y visitando cada rincón de Venecia… sus canales,sus puentes y sus paseos en todo tipo de barcos. Cada esquina y edificio más llamativo que el anterior… la plaza de San Marcos inigualable ,el Rialto o sus pequeñas calles y canales. Hay que volver si o si El hotel y su habitación espectaculares. Giacomo un sol de persona siempre atento a todo. Recomiendo este hotel al 100%.

We had a great stay here for 3 nights. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do. Quick walk to the water taxi for train station, and short walk to San Marco square. The friendliest employees and our room was great. We stayed in the suite with two king beds, our 20 year old son was traveling with us and was perfect!
