房間設施和衞生都可以；工作人員服務態度，禮貌周到非常好，還主動提出贈送飲品；新酒店確實設施都比較時髦新穎，有科技感現代感，令我用了語音，免得打字結果人舒適愉悦；酒店大廳空調非常足和給力，讓意大利🇮🇹8月夏日旅行絲絲涼爽，愜意；早餐還可以；地理位置非常好，距離購物商場商業區都非常近，步行很多主要景點都可達，安全係數較高；令人愉悦的一次入住體驗，不愧是評價較高的新晉五星酒店。僅供大家參考哈。

Just perfect, lovely, quaint hotel in a perfect location for a magical Venice experience. Can walk to everything and everywhere — from St. Mark’s Basilica to the Teatro Phoenicia and Vivaldi’s church we just had a fabulous stay. The room was delightful and elegant; morning breakfast a true delight with lovely a lovely greeting and deliciously prepared food with healthy options — and treats alike!

It was an amazing experience, super friendly staff i can't find the right word to express my feelings about the place definitely i will come again. ❤️ not forgotten to mention the amazing location right in the middle and so close to all the attractions.

Das Hotel ist exzellent und empfehlenswert

We enjoyed the excellent location and amenities this hotel had to offer, just a few steps from St. Mark’s square but not in the main bustle. The staff were very helpful, always cordial and professional. They went out of their way to help our stay be extra special. Their recommendations on local attractions and restaurants were exactly what we were looking for. Our room was very comfortable with top of the line products and great quality linens and towels. The only recommendation for this time of the year would be to provide an area fan or even better a ceiling fan to make air circulation more comfortable during these seasonal transition days. The included breakfast was very good. We had one dinner which we considered a bit expensive. Overall a great boutique hotel in an excellent location to experience Venice that we would highly recommend.
