Very beautiful place, situated in a quiet area of Venice, close yo the train station. They have a nice terrace for breakfast (is such a pitty it is not open during the daytime). The room was spotless, not very big, but was enough for us. Close to everything, a lot of bars, terraces, restaurants nearby. The price per night i think it is a little too high compared with what you get, but let’s say it is fine.

If you want a quiet place to stay in Venice, this is it. Our room faced a courtyard and although you might get a bit of late night noise from the nearby walkway (one of the possible paths to the bus terminal), it wasn't enough to bother us. Breakfast is good and the staff are extremely friendly!! The B&B is a bit pricey, but it's still one of the better choices in Venice. This is the third time I stayed here, but the first time I had a smaller room. It felt a bit tight. Also, I think eggs for breakfast could have easily been provided with a hot plate.

Look no farther than Ca’ San Rocco for the perfect place to stay in Venice! This lovely B&B is owned and operated by sisters Irene and Valentina, who immediately make you feel right at home. They share expert advice on all Its takes to enjoy Venice from gondola rides, to restaurants, to navigating the latest health protocols. The lovely apartments are spacious, spotless, and well appointed, All this within easy walking distance from the Rialto and San Marco, as well as from the train station and airport shuttle, making for smooth arrival and departure. A small hotel in a quiet area. 8 mins walk from the main car parks, bus terminal etc. Away from the hectic, crowded areas of Rialto Bridge and St. Marc’s Square but easy to walk to them in 15 mins. Restaurants and shops nearby.

The experience was okay overall but not ideal. We asked for one room with a double bed and were given a room with 2 single beds. The room we stayed in was facing one of the internal not so populated roads but seems it was a popular spot where locals would meet up during the night and drink. This made it terrible or impossible to sleep as the noise was too loud and the windows didn’t seem to insulate at all. Furthermore, last day when we were checking out, we were told the tourist tax can only be paid in cash. Would have been nice if they would have let us know beforehand and save us from the anxiety of missing our flight.
