We had an amazing time staying in NH Collection Murano Villa. From the helpful staff to the fancy and comfy room, everything was great. We booked a superior double room which had all the bits and bobs you need for a vacation. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The waiter recommended all the best dishes we should try and we loved all of them. Bit pricey but worth it. Definitely recommend if you're visiting Venice and planning to stay in Murano.
We stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later.
We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.
The most boring hotel, written more than 3 kilometers from the train station, but to sit for more than an hour. On a small island, there is no sign, it is very difficult to find, the room is very very small, just a bed, at the end. The service staff opened a ticket of 7 euros and said it was a local tax. There is no such tax in other hotels in Europe, and it feels slaughtered.

Location environment: The hotel is located on the edge of Murano Island. If the weather is good, the sea view should be great. Unfortunately, we arrived in Venice on the day of the storm. The hotel is very close to the bus station, but a short road is at the seaside and there is no guardrail. It was a little scary when it was windy and rainy.
Surrounding facilities: Next to the glass museum, the boss said that you can visit for free with the identity of the guest. There is a supermarket not far away to buy daily necessities, and there are some restaurants.
Service: The boss is very nice, will confirm the arrival time by email in advance, recommend nearby restaurants, etc., and you can also pay for breakfast (🥐 +☕2.5 Euro one person)
I will definitely go to the hotel in Venice in the future. The price is reasonable. The front desk lady is very good. It is similar to an apartment hotel. The room facilities are very beautiful.

The location is about 20 minutes' boat ride from Venice's main island, with boats to other islands every half hour or so.
The service is very good and the breakfast is very good. Also relatively clean.
The room is not big, the facilities are needed, the sparrow is small and complete.
The only thing to note is that slippers and toiletries are not provided. Next to the local supermarket, Google search, the price is the local price, daytime work, you can buy the daily necessities.
The slow life in Venice is great, and you can wander around in a boat to other islands.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The entrance is the pier. It takes two or three minutes to walk to the bus stop, ten minutes to the train station, and free breakfast is provided. Unfortunately, the room did not have air conditioning, which caused us to open the window. As soon as the window was opened, there were many mosquitoes flying in.

The location is 8 minutes from the station, but it is a bit difficult to travel with large luggage because you have to walk across the Constitution Bridge. Other than that, the room is quite large, and it is no problem to put 2 28-inch large luggage and a 20-inch luggage. There is also space to walk, not as small as the previous review said. The key point is that the restaurant has a water purifier, and you can drink unlimited water freely. The experience is very good, close to the water bus ship
