The hotel is very clean. The location is good. Close to many restaurants and cafes.. The staff is very friendly. They offer a daily parking  in close location with a good price.

Das Service und die Kulinarik waren sicher ausgezeichnet, was man sich von einem 5 Sternehotel auch erwarten kann. Die Lage des Hotels ist top (Nähe Zentrum und Kärntner Straße). Die Zimmerausstattung (unsere Kategorie: Superior Zimmer) war gut. Zu bemängeln sind die alten Lichtschalter (Schaltkreis verwirrend) und dass sich der Safe nahezu am Boden befindet (unter Nachttisch, und somit schwer erreichbar). Ein Highlight ist der 8. Stock mit Cafe, Restaurant und Terrasse mit exzellenter Aussicht und Swimmingpool. Beim Abendessen und Frühstück haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Otelin resepsiyondaki çalışanları çok güleryüzlüydü. Konumu çok iyiydi. Aileler içinde otelin içinde atlı karınca wardı. Biz çok memnun kalmıştık.. ayrıca otelin içinde bulunan restaurantında yemekleri çok başarılıydı.

Great location and value for money. Highly recommend.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Poor facilities, bad customer service. Avoid at all costs. The room itself was really disappointing. The windows were facing high walls on 3 sides and let in very little natural light. The mattress was low quality causing my wife and I to wake up with back pain every day. There was no closet; we had nowhere to put our things for 3 days. I've never seen a hotel room without a closet. The gym had very little equipment and was missing most of the free weights you would need for a workout. There isn't even a bench where you could use them. The level of service from the frontdesk staff was even more disappointing. I raised my concerns about the room the first day; they were unhelpful and nonresponsive. No attempts were made to solve our issues. During our stay, we asked for basic advice for the city (for example, where to buy flowers). We were given incorrect and unhelpful information; it was just lazy. We ended up solving our question ourselves using Google. In a city of great beauty and wonderful service, Grand Ferdinand delivers nothing. Stay elsewhere.

房間太小 在市中心

在維也納市中心竟然有屋頂游泳池， 1樓大廳入口就在最有名的炸豬排店旁邊，進去以後有一隻真的馬的標本，上了樓以後，沒錯房間非常小，就跟官網的照片一樣，但是沒有關係，本來就是為了帶小朋友在假日的時候有地方可以游泳，游泳池不深只有1.2米，但是開放到晚上10點，非常好非常好，有機會會再去住。

Das Hotel ist optimal für eine Städtereise gelegen, weil man die Hauptattraktionen zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab auch sofort einen Tipp, wo man am besten parken sollten und wie man dabei spart! Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung ist auch einmal was anderes. Was mich sehr gefreut hat, dass es sogar 2 Ablagen für Koffer gibt, was man selten in anderen Hotels findet. Insbesondere wenn man nur 2 Tage bleibt ist es so angenehmer, "aus dem Koffer zu leben." Das Highlight ist sicher die Dachterrasse auf der man frühstücken kann. Auch dort ist das Personal überaus freundlichen, ist schnell und zuvorkommend. Die Buffetauswahl ist sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig. Alles in allem war es sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.
