SECURE YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN MINUTES SAFE AND SECURE ON LINE BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCESS 24 HOUR PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES WAILEA BEACH VILLAS C302 NEW REMODEL COMPLETED NOVEMBER 2023 INCLUDES: New bedroom flooring and area rugs, new living room and dining room furnishings, all new bedroom decor and furnishings, new lighting fixtures, new art work, lamps and accessories, new TVs. CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE: 1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows: • REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold. • CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions: o Credits shall not expire o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply 2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund. 3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price. 4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The move must occur within the same Villa that was originally booked, and rate changes may apply. Incredible property. Location was perfect. A very short walk to the beach where we were met with chairs, beach towels and umbrella and a short walk a different direction you get shops, restaurants and pools. It was clean and fully stocked. A few things I wish I knew in advance but really not a big deal, there is some beach items there like sand toys, boogie board snorkel items and even an ice chest and umbrellas.. we bought some items for our toddler not knowing and would’ve saved a little money. No biggie as we left them for the next family to enjoy. The beach near by is so clean and the sand is soft. We also saw sea turtles swim by almost every day. The water wasn’t overwhelming for our toddler most days. A couple days there was some decent size waves. The entire family had a great time. The concierge and front desk were extremely helpful and the management team of this property was incredibly prompt in responses. My husband is already looking at dates for next year to return to this property. 10/10!

Maui Lovers Love Maui...Have vacationed in Maui over 20+ times. This is a Great place to stay. Centrally located to Wailea Shops and restaurants. Enough room for a family of six. Enjoyed our family time together and staying in a beautiful home, in a beautiful area.

Wailea 2024 Beautiful home, will definitely book here again. The location is excellent, short walk to the beach & restaurants/shops. Lot's of options if you don't have a car. You can walk to many places. EXCELLENT!!
