Charming Bloomingdale Row Home with Deck and Parking

Beautiful property and nice neighborhood Very nice property with everything you need to have a great stay. Plenty of room for our group of seven to spread out and also enjoy family time. The artwork is great and we really enjoyed the back deck that looked over the neighborhood park. The main bedroom had a very nice bathroom that my in laws really enjoyed. Several very good restaurants within walking distance. Short taxi drive to downtown though the metro was a bit of a walk if you have elderly ppl with you! Our group was very impressed with this property!

Great host in DC Schanette goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay, including snacks and toiletries. The house is large and well equipped and we enjoyed evenings on the back deck.

More Than I Anticipated We have stayed in many vacation rentals across the East Coast, and this one really set the bar high. I was a bit apprehensive, because I never book without other reviews, and this didn’t have any at the time, but I was overwhelmed by the care given, not just to the home, but in the consideration towards the visitors. I everything is as shown. Not only did Shenette reach out ahead of time to be sure I had all my parking needs, but when I missed some of the street signage regarding the street cleaning schedule, she took care of the ticket. Sidenote: pay extra close attention to the signs! The location is close enough that, with good weather, we were able to walk to museums and monuments (about an hour each way). Comfortable beds, home full of character and history, and a home owner that knows what you need and provides it. I wish she could provide lessons on how to share your home!

Awesome Spot Great property and location..with history! The owner had lots of convenient extras...snacks, water, toiletries, cable, and tips, for our comfort and ease. We had a great time and rested well every night. We'd definitely stay again!

Mom and Dad first time at DC. The house was perfectly located for us. The neighborhood was excellent and the property was clean and very inviting. Will stay here again when we come back.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. The owner made everything so easy from check in to check out. Although we didn't do much cooking I must say this kitchen was MUCH better outfitted than most (no all) of the other VRBO's I've stayed in. There were snacks, beverages and many spices. Several restaurants were within walking distance. The metro was kinda far away for us to walk (senior citizens) so we spent a fortune on Uber. :) Still better than renting a car. Highly recommend this adorable and very comfortable town house.
