早餐好，衹有大床房。

Классный отель, прекрасный бар на крыше с великолепным меню, чудесный персонал! Современный отель! Номера чистые, ухоженные. Проживали в этом отеле 2 дня и чувствовали себя - комфортно, придраться не к чему! В номере есть всё необходимое! Персонал очень приветлив, заботлив, улыбчив! До побережья океана 3-5 минут пешком. Расположен отель в великолепной зелени и природной тишине, вечером и утром с крыши бара прикольно наблюдать за семействами лангуров.

Our stay at Scenic Bay Weligama was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of surfing and exploring. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to great cafes and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet.

Albergo carino, semplice e pulito, più spartano di come appare sul sito. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione non è la migliore che puoi trovare in weligama per distanza dalle spiagge e ristoranti,tuttavia nei dintorni ci sono un paio di ristorantini di cucina locale buoni, semplici ed economici e muoversi in Tuc tuc è stato comunque semplice. Peccato per il rooftop, molto bello, ma che chiude molto presto (alle 9:00 p.m.) e non ci ha permesso il chill-out che speravamo. La colazione è buona e abbondante ma un tasto dolente sono i tempi: il servizio ha richiesto ogni giorno almeno 1 ora (anche per un piatto di frutta!) anche quando avevamo segnalato la sera prima di avere tempi stretti per un tour prenotato. Suggeriamo di semplificare i piatti o prevedere un piccolo buffet in modo da offrire un servizio migliore per chi ha attività, escursioni o vuole tenersi leggero. C è anche da dire che 1 ora per servire un pasto è una prassi sri-lankese che abbiamo trovato ovunque. Daremmo 3,5 come punteggio se fosse previsto da trip advisor.

Very decent and worth a visit!! Very decent hotel!! Hiru who runs the place is helpful and a nice guy. As was his father who offers a taxi service via a car or a tuktuk. The food in the rooftop bar was lovely. Particularly the breakfast which is included in the price of the hotel.

Waterleak We arrived lat in the evening and was met with information about some waterleak (?!) and therefore they where not abel to give us a room. We where offered a room in the hotel on the other side of the road but I didnt want that because it wasn't what we had paid for. They where nice enough to repay the whole amount and we went to a different hotel.

I'd come back and recommend Comfortable rooms, nice views, outstanding breakfasts. Super friendly staff.

Впервые оказались на Шри-ланке, гостиницы выбирали долго. Остановили свой выбор на гостинице Levels в Унаватуна, где провели первую недели и Scenic Bey в Велигаме, где провели вторую неделю нашего замечатеного отпуска! Пару слов про гостиницы: гостиница Levels расположена чуть поодаль от центрального пляжа унаватуна, но в пешей доступности (2 минуты пешком) до пляжа джангл бич. Заходя вперед, скажу, что это единственный пляж без волн который мы видели за эти 2 недели. Полный штиль, песочек и уединение с природой! Сама гостиница оставила положитеные впечатления, потрясающие завтраки и заботливый персонал, который всегда был готов помочь. Комнаты огромные, чистые, сейф и холодильник имеются. Минусы: Нет полотенец для пляжа и совершенно негде сушить белье (нет балкона и в комнате ничего не предусмотрено). Вторая гостиница была scenic Bey в велигаме. Выбирали это место что б поучиться серфингу. Гостиница находится чуть в строне от центральной улицы (это скорее плюс, чем минус, так как было тихо). Завтраки тоже восхитительные, красивая подача, потрясающие виды(можно увидеть обезьян, бурундучков и попугаев, ощущение сказочное). Сами номера чистые, но в номере стандарт не было холодильника и сейфа, зато был балкон, где можно высушить белье :). Замечательный администратор: всегда на позитиве, всегда был готов помочь, создает домашнюю атмосферу! Спасибо ему большое и всему персоналу! Отличные ребята!

Я путешествую сама и искала отель по отзывам. Очень рада, что выбрала Scenic bay weligama. 1.меня очень хорошо встретили, быстро заселили, даже повысили категорию номера (за это отдельное спасибо Hirushan, я так поняла, это их руководитель) 2.завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные 3. Спасибо Deshan за желание помочь в любое время суток, прекрасное настроение 4. Отель находится в 2 минутах от океана, но я ходила на пляж подальше, недалеко от отеля Мариот 5. Пляж прекрасный, хорошее место для серфа, живенько, энергично, много кафе, магазинов, свежая рыба и морепродукты продаются сразу на пляже и тут же можно попросить их приготовить 6. Я уже не первый раз на Шри-Ланке, мне всё нравится Минус один - в день отъезда никто не проводил, чемодан с 3его этажа тащила сама, завтрака с собой не было, хотя я предупреждала заранее, что уезжаю в 6 утра и Deshan обещал всё приготовить. Весь отель спал, я просто оставила ключ на стойке и уехала.

Very attentive staff. Place was did not look quite as well as it did on photos. It’s a bit hard to find. It’s right behind another hotel with the same/similar name. Nice beaches nearby and great views from the rooftop cafe food was great too!

This is a really smart little hotel and is deffo our go to place in Weligama. Perfectly situated in a smart neighbourhood just outside of the hustle and bustle of the town centre it’s rooms are smart and clean. The bonus is a cool little rooftop restaurant/lounge which serves tasty bites all day long from a menu that should keep everyone happy. The staff are well trained, polite and always smiling. The views from 360° rooftop restaurant have to be the icing on the cake.

Everyone was so nice! The breakfast was delicious, room was so beautiful. It was my first time in Sri Lanka and I would definitely come back again. The rooftop bar was beautiful. Workers here helped me to get a tuktuk to another place. Thank u very much!

After the lucky escape form the Good Karma hotel we came across this hotel which is just a few mile down the road in a better location with lots going on around it. Excellent Sri Lankan management. Quiet hotel even though your not far from lots of restaurants and shops Very attentive staff. Good size rooms with all the mod-cons, excellent air-con, comfortable beds and a powerful rainforest shower, and everything extremely clean, what more could one ask for. The food at the rooftop Bar/restaurant was extremely good and well priced and so were the drinks. Brilliant views of the sea and jungle in the other direction. If your in the area this is definitely the place to stay, we extended our stay as we liked the area and the hotel.
