The toilet seat was broken, Mattress was horrible, I couldn't sleep properly

The room was spotless as was the bathroom.The bed comfortable, a very good stay.would stay there again

Just stayed one night to go to a football match. The hotel is both situated ideally for the stadium and also the city center. The hotel is basic but is ideal for a few nights as the hotel does food and also a 24hr bar.

I've stayed at Redwings several times. It's in an excellent location, and everything is lovely and clean. The member of staff who checked me in was lovely. The night staff were monosyllabic and only spoke and helped reluctantly. I don't think they expected to be asked for milk, etc, on the night shift. This time I had breakfast included. It was chaos. I felt sorry for tge 2 members of staff who were trying to run reception, check people in for breakfast, clear tables, cook and refresh the buffet, wash cutlery, plates etc to hand to guests as they arrived. On Saturday morning there was nowhere to sit, no plates or cutlery. Everyone was queuing while they tried to wash up. When we eventually got seated with plates, etc, we only had one knife between the 3 of us. I don't blame tge girls, there should've been at least owe more member of staff on shift. It was a ridiculous situation.

It was one of the best stay in Wolverhampton. The staff is very friendly. Specially location is more convenient.

the room was okay but most the time it was cold i had to stand by the heating to warm up, everytime i flushed the toilet it would make a loud noise and i’d be scared to incase other people would wake up at night, everything else was fine

My experience at redwings was great! Location, environment and customer services were top notch

Have stayed at The Redwings Lodge several times, it  is in an ideal location for us going to concerts (15min walk to KK Steelmill). Comfy bed and a good hot shower. One piece of advice get there early if Wolves are playing at home as even the hotel car park can be full.
