I recently went to Wuhan on a business trip and chose to stay at Hampton by Hilton Wuhan East Lake Optics Valley. The location of the hotel is very good, close to East Lake, convenient for subway, pleasant surrounding environment, when checking in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and very efficient. York is very reliable and was very enthusiastic to help mail the leftover items when checking out, the service is great!

The room is simple and comfortable. The staff is very enthusiastic and professional. There is enough drinking water in the room. If you don't have time to eat breakfast, you can go to the front desk to pack it. Because the game is in the evening, I asked for a late check-out and the front desk agreed. They also gave me a refrigerator magnet from Wuhan. It is a very good and cost-effective hotel

Room 3032 has a good orientation, overlooking the city and the river. It is close to the Yellow Crane Tower and convenient to go anywhere. The hot dry noodles nearby are very delicious. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and the noodles taste good! I strongly recommend the Hubei Provincial Museum. You must go and see the Sword of Goujian, King of Yue, the chime bells, the 2,400-year-old salted fish, the golden spring, the drum stand... Otherwise, it would be a waste of time to come to Hubei. Don't miss the Liangwang Pavilion on the third floor

Very Nice hotel. Extremly clean. Freindly and helpfull staff. Even though that i dont speak chineese, and not every staff member speaks english, they did their very best to please us. Using differentiere kind of apps to translate. That helped us as guests very much. ALL staff members deserve a raise🙏🏻 Unfortynatly, i dont have many pictures of hotel room. Hotel facilities are great, staff are friendly especially the front desk agent Mia, she gave us a room that we requested and great support during our stay, will definitely be back next time to for her. Anyhow, other agent like Summer needs some improvement thought with bigger smile and greeting to guests upon arrival and greeting when meeting each time.
