Friendly reception, good location that easy access to metro and railway. Free self service laundry is a thumb up for travellers. Good breakfast with lots of varieties

second time here this month. love the front desk, very professional, very caring and helpful in every way. far exceeding the top levels of service you'd expect. check in is fast, professional, rooms are clean, food is great. you feel safe here at all times and the staff is quick to help when you need a recommendation. this is a very family friendly hotel and i am incredibly impressed. I want to especially thank this person at the front desk, even if she's too shy to claim credit for it. She helped us in every way when we got here and helped make the entire trip smooth.

Nice and clean hotel, all amenities included. Convenient if taking a train from the Wuhan railway station as it is quite far from the city center. Note that rooms do not have a separate bathroom, but only have open doors to the shower and toilet.

Overall, it was a nice hotel. It is very close to the high speed train station and is convenient for travelling by train. But it is a bit far for sightseeing. However, there are three subway lines next to the train station and it is convenient and cheap to travel by subway.

Even though this hotel is near the Wuhan railway station, it is not possible to walk there as there are many the blockages by highways and ramps. There is an hourly bus taking hotel guests to the railway station if one register at the front desk beforehand. No breakfast in the hotel. One has to eat in food stores near the hotel. Generally quiet area.

Excellent location next to the train station and very spacious room. The only downside is not able to accept international bank credit cards.
