住宿很一般，床啊，基礎一次性用品這些。衹能説在學校裏這一點方便開學和離校。
環境很安靜，不需要帶耳塞，沒有車來車往的聲音。
離北區食堂也很近，停車隨便停。

床單上有臟東西，一次性拖鞋也沒有，兩個成人輪流穿僅有的一雙涼拖鞋（晚上值班的人説工作人員下班了沒法給拿東西），整個所謂的套房裡僅有非常迷你且質量很差掉屑的紙。除了在學校內比較便捷這一點好，其他真的都很敷衍。

房間空氣質量極差，房間沒有安裝電話，客服電話無人接聽，洗手盆有頭髮，馬桶蓋有污漬，兩套牙刷其中一套使用過的，包裝撕開過且沒有牙膏，洗漱用品中連起碼的水杯也沒有，房間有煮水壺但也是沒有喝水水杯也沒有備飲用水。

服務：服務非常到位，焦主任一直把我們送到地鐵口幫助將行理箱送到直升電梯內，並交待注意事項，我們倆長者平安到了天河機場。餐廳做熱食的66號廚師熱情滿足我們飲食習慣。
衞生：房間衞生達標，地毯都進行了表面清潔，服務員服務主動熱情。
環境：窗口直觀黃鶴樓和長江中國第一橋。
設施：各項設備和用具都達標。
