East Lake Hotel

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. My favorite was the porridge made of sweet rice wine and sweet rice dumplings. 我们在2025年8月入住了听涛2#东湖酒店三晚，很棒，强烈推荐！东湖饭店以风景秀丽著称，一如所料，景色绝对惊艳，但比景色更好的是最好的客户服务。他们指派了一名工作人员俞女士来帮助我们。俞女士给了我们她的微信联系方式，以便我们轻松联系。 俞女士很专业，很有礼貌，她竭尽全力确保我们的住宿完美，我们遇到的任何疑虑/问题，她都很快处理了，包括帮忙洗衣服！ 我们住过武汉、北京、上海的其他五星级酒店，但没有其他酒店提供这种水平的服务。前台也非常乐于助人。最后但并非最不重要的一点是，他们的自助早餐是我们这次旅行入住的 6 家酒店中最好的。我最喜欢的是甜米酒熬制的粥.

Quiet and beautiful location. Do take note of which wing you are staying in. If staying at Tingtao rooms, the drop off is at the conference centre/ tingtao area.

It was one of the worst hotel we have ever stayed ,the check in was delayed for 2 hours and attitude was bad. Never go back again

We had a conference organise by world business council and I should say they selected excellent location - east lake hotel .

We had a wonderful stay at the east lake hotel! The hotel is indeed a hidden gem with nice lakes. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of us. They made a surprise birthday decoration for  our elderly parents. The free commute cart driver Mr Wang told us  a lot of stories about the hotel! Thank you so much for making the trip memorable.

Really nice location away from the crowd . Fresh air and nice service staff. Very close to the Provincial Museum and Art Museum. Enjoyed the short stay and the short tour of Chairman Mao’s residence. Will definitely come back next time in Wuhan.
