Great clean hotel with nice bar, outdoor area and big rooms. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a bath, fridge, lux bathroom, large TV and super comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel also has laundry facilities with a quick turnaround. Hotel also mentions it has a 'gym' however this just one treadmill. The location is within walking distance to Yellow Crane, Hubei lane and Yangtze River. Closest metro is around 15 min walk, which can be an effort if you are venturing other parts of the city often. Overall very luxurious stay with nice bar to relax at before the night begins!

I chose to travel to Wuhan during the peak cherry blossom season. Needless to say, the hotel is located on Metro Line 4, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel is very new, the facilities and environment are good, and the service is even more considerate. The hotel launched a free tourist bus to East Lake and Yellow Crane Tower during the cherry blossom season. Although I missed it, it was really thoughtful. The hotel breakfast is on the 20th floor, which is quite rich. You can eat Wuhan snacks such as hot dry noodles and bean skin without going to Liangdao Street, and it changes every day (I was going to Liangdao Street too early on the last day, and the queue was so bad that I collapsed 😡,) The view from the room can see the Yellow Crane Tower. Because I was running around in the cherry blossoms every day, I missed the afternoon tea courtesy, and the hotel was very considerate to help extend it. The customer service Xiuxiu was very meticulous, and gave a small gift before leaving, which was a happy ending for the Wuhan flower viewing trip.

Hotel's located within walking distance to the famous Yellow Crane Tower and HuBu Alley, both top rated tourist destination of Wuhan city. Also, its breakfast area's located at the penthouse, with a fascinating view of the river and the tower, so no matter what room you booked, will still get a chance to have a glimpse and take picture of the surrounding scenery.

The hotel has a high cost-effectiveness, considerate service, reasonable price, good environment, clean and spotless guest rooms, and it is very safe to stay! The front desk is very good and polite. The front desk staff will greet you when they pass by. It is very good. Check-in is also very fast. There is also a tree of life on the first floor! Very beautiful 😻! The hotel sky garden is also very good. You can use free afternoon tea, a water restaurant, and espresso coffee are recommended! Parking is just behind the hotel. Wuhan has developed transportation. Staying at Jingcui Hotel directly solves the parking problem that gives me a headache. The free parking service is too friendly to me! The front desk lady said that the hotel recently opened the hotel terrace, which is really good. You can go up and have a drink and chat with friends. I have experienced unprecedented relaxation here!

I extended my stay several extra days. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the atmosphere at the hotel is very comfortable.  It’s close to some historic and scenic places.  Would definitely recommend and will stay there next time I visit Wuhan.

During this trip to Wuhan, the hotel I stayed in left me with a very deep and good impression. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted us with big smiles, and were warm and professional. Not only did they introduce us to the hotel's various facilities in detail, they also thoughtfully handed us travel guides and patiently introduced us to classic attractions, special foods, and restaurants worth visiting. Because we arrived at noon, we took a short rest in the hotel lobby. A staff member took the initiative to come forward to ask about our needs. After learning that we were a little tired, he quickly brought us a glass of warm water. The weather was extremely cold at the time, and this cup of warm water was like timely help, instantly dispelling the chill, warming people's hearts, and their favorability towards me increased. After completing the check-in procedures, we went out for fun in the afternoon. Unexpectedly, we received a call during our trip, informing us that the housekeeper had helped us clean the dirty clothes in the room. This was a really thoughtful gesture, and I was both surprised and a little embarrassed. The next day, when we were having breakfast in the restaurant on the sixth floor, the chef was very friendly and talkative. While dining, he chatted with us and enthusiastically recommended the specialties of local restaurants to us. The service of this hotel is really great, and every detail shows care and concern. The staff's enthusiasm, caring and thoughtfulness make people feel as if they have returned to a warm home. This hotel must be highly recommended! It is hard to compare with other hotels. After leaving, I received a gift from the hotel, which was very touching. I sincerely regret not writing this review earlier.
