Hotels in Chuhehan Street/East Lake/Hubei Provincial Museum, Wuhan

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

I chose to travel to Wuhan during the peak cherry blossom season. Needless to say, the hotel is located on Metro Line 4, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel is very new, the facilities and environment are good, and the service is even more considerate. The hotel launched a free tourist bus to East Lake and Yellow Crane Tower during the cherry blossom season. Although I missed it, it was really thoughtful. The hotel breakfast is on the 20th floor, which is quite rich. You can eat Wuhan snacks such as hot dry noodles and bean skin without going to Liangdao Street, and it changes every day (I was going to Liangdao Street too early on the last day, and the queue was so bad that I collapsed 😡,) The view from the room can see the Yellow Crane Tower. Because I was running around in the cherry blossoms every day, I missed the afternoon tea courtesy, and the hotel was very considerate to help extend it. The customer service Xiuxiu was very meticulous, and gave a small gift before leaving, which was a happy ending for the Wuhan flower viewing trip.

Great clean hotel with nice bar, outdoor area and big rooms. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a bath, fridge, lux bathroom, large TV and super comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel also has laundry facilities with a quick turnaround. Hotel also mentions it has a 'gym' however this just one treadmill. The location is within walking distance to Yellow Crane, Hubei lane and Yangtze River. Closest metro is around 15 min walk, which can be an effort if you are venturing other parts of the city often. Overall very luxurious stay with nice bar to relax at before the night begins!

Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

Really convenient location to the spots we needed to go to in Optics Valley. The area has a lot of restaurants and dining options.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the check-in experience is super good, and the breakfast package is delicious! ! The location of the hotel is easy to find, there is a shopping mall downstairs and public transportation is also very convenient. The second front desk is very considerate and kind. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will book it next time I come to Wuhan. I highly recommend it!

I recently went to Wuhan on a business trip and chose to stay at Hampton by Hilton Wuhan East Lake Optics Valley. The location of the hotel is very good, close to East Lake, convenient for subway, pleasant surrounding environment, when checking in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and very efficient. York is very reliable and was very enthusiastic to help mail the leftover items when checking out, the service is great!

✔Location: The hotel is in a very good location. It is about 500 meters away from Exit D of Yuejiazui Station on Line 4 and only a few minutes walk away. The hotel building is very iconic and there is a big silver dolphin at the door🐬, because we want to go to the river beach and I was visiting East Lake, so I chose this hotel. The location is really good. It’s close to everywhere, including Han Street SKP, Jiangtan, and East Lake. It’s all very convenient😀 ✔Environment: I heard that the hotel opened on September 1st. It is very new. There is no smell at all, so you can go there with peace of mind. The hotel lobby is so grand. So many Hamptons have stayed here. The decoration of the lobby of this Hampton is not bad for a five-star hotel. Clean, bright and comfortable, the decoration is so beautiful, the photo shoot 📸 has a good blockbuster visual feel ✔Room: The room is clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene and dry and wet separation. I especially like Hampton’s Serta mattress. It’s super comfortable to sleep on, great👍🏻. I heard that the toiletries are also an American brand of Hilton and they taste particularly good. After checking out, I asked the front desk if I could buy it [face covering] ✔Service: The hotel service is really great. Every staff member greeted me proactively. The front desk also helped with luggage, poured welcome tea, and helped upgrade the room type. Every staff member greeted me cordially and even took me there specially. I went to the elevator and took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities. I felt that the service was not inferior to that of a five-star hotel. It was so kind and I loved it. [Love] I give you a big thumbs up👍🏻 ✔Breakfast: There are so many varieties of breakfast in the hotel, including Chinese and Western food, and pasta🍜It’s dazzling to see. Seeing so many delicious foods, I really want to taste them [color] ✔There are several shopping malls around the hotel, not far away. The location is really great. The price is really worth it. You can choose the subway or take a taxi for travel. It is very convenient to park. 🅿️The hotel has its own underground parking lot. It seems that the front desk helps with registration. As for the license plate, I didn’t ask in detail because I chose the subway. This trip in Wuhan was very meaningful. I forgot to take pictures. The hotel also gave me welcome fruits and a handwritten welcome card. It was really thoughtful. I will choose it again next time I have the opportunity to come to Wuhan. I hope this Hampton Inn will continue to work hard~

The room is quite big, the hygiene is good, the service is friendly, and the biggest highlight is the location, which is so convenient. Souvenirs were given upon check-in and check-out. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

We are from the US and enjoyed our stay at Atour S Wuhan. The breakfast included Chinese and Western options, so delicious. There was a good coffee machine. The staff helped us with ordering a taxi. The bed was very comfortable. It was about a 12 minute walk from a subway station. I would stay there again.
