I recently stayed at this hotel and the overall experience was quite good. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, especially the bed is extremely comfortable, making people feel relaxed as soon as they lie down. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out process is very smooth. The breakfast is rich in variety and authentic in taste. The photo-taking spots on each floor are very unique. Overall, this hotel is cost-effective and has excellent service. It is worth recommending to friends who need accommodation~~~~~~

What can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation.

Very nice and good service, located well for my visit. I did think it was odd that you need a room key to use the lobby bathroom, which was actually an issue when I met my friend for tea and he needed to use it, and then again, after I checked out, before I made the long journey to the airport.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It was wonderful from start to finish. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and given fruits after check in. Even though some of them had limited English, their willingness to to help made it easy and enjoyable. It’s clear they prioritize guest satisfaction. The room were spacious, clean and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The room was warm at night. They had variety of breakfast, there was something for everyone. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

The front desk service was excellent. Check-out was delayed for a few hours due to something. The room was clean and the swimming pool was clean. The location is excellent. It is especially suitable for traveling to Wuhan. Highly recommended! !

I pay attention to the gym l because I like to be able to unwind, relax and continue my gym workout when I travel. The gym is well equipped with dumbells and machine for chest, back and legs. There is even a swimming pool infront of the gym.

A very satisfying stay experience! The housekeeper Xiao Duan helped me upgrade to an executive king room for free before check-in, and a welcome fruit was also prepared in the room. During my stay, the waiter Wang Shuangmei also took the initiative to provide me with a clothes drying rack and wipe and maintain my shoes. It was a very considerate service! The room is well-equipped with beautiful scenery and can see the East Lake. I will stay here again next time I come to Wuhan!

I booked here for the sense of history of the Hankou River Beach, but I didn't expect to live directly in the history itself - the official residence of the German Consulate of the Republic of China! The first time I came to Wuhan, I chose the right place! Opposite this hotel is the river beach. Take the children to the river beach to play. It is not too convenient to watch the light show on both sides of the river beach at night. Although facing the street, the sound insulation is superb, the high floors are completely free from noise interference, and the children sleep very soundly.
