This was my second stay at the Hyatt, and once again, they didn’t disappoint!
I accidentally booked the wrong date and had to cancel, but the staff were so understanding and even upgraded our room. Really appreciated their flexibility and great service.
The late check-out option was a nice bonus — my nephew and I took our time and enjoyed a relaxing morning. The hotel is in a super convenient location, with plenty of great restaurants and malls nearby.
Looking forward to coming back again!

Excellent location, easy to get access to MTR (5 min) and shopping mall (at the lower levels of the hotel). Excellent city view at the high level of the hotel rooms.
Nice restaurant at 64/F for chinese noodles.

Nice and enjoyable experience staying at Hyatt Wuxi. All the staff whom I have contact with, are very friendly and professional. I need assistance on sending items to china, and the concierge assisted me with patience. As I feel hot easily, housekeeping sent a fan to meet my requirements. Very nice view from my room. Will definitely book the same hotel when I come back to Wuxi.
