Cleanliness: It was really bad. I entered a room with dirty tables and hair in the sink and then changed to another room. As soon as I came in, there was something dirty on the table and the front desk immediately wiped it. Then I was told to upgrade to the next room. When I entered the toilet, there were urine stains on the toilet. Go to the next room and there will be hair all over it Service: After there was a problem with the first room, the room attendant came up to take me to a new room. He did not take me to the new room at the first time and made me wait for him to ask the aunt to clean it. Then I stood there and waited for ten minutes. Then the front desk said that I had to spend money to change the room until I was satisfied. I didn't understand that my needs were simply to stay in a clean room. They seemed to think I was nitpicking. Really convinced Facilities: Xiao Ai’s classmate in the room is very bad and can’t do anything. She can only turn on the lights and close the curtains. The air conditioning is very poor.

The location is good, there are many bus routes around, and there is also Metro Line 2, so it is convenient to go anywhere. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the room is clean.

If I selected the missing items on the mini program, they would be delivered in time. Sometimes they even gave me small gifts. However, the room rates during the May Day holiday were really expensive😂😂😂
