That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

We loved the look and location of the hotel and the views of here breathtaking, the only negative comment I have is that it did not have air con, have never been in a 5 star hotel without aircon and it was so hot during the night. Otherwise I can not stop praising this hotel and recommend it to anyone that want to be close to a good mall the subway and the park.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The entire room is a smart scene. The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic and helped recommend travel routes. They also thoughtfully prepared small fruits and drinks, which was really thoughtful. The weather was hot, so I specially prepared a spare room card in case the air conditioner was turned off when I went out and it was too hot in the room. The breakfast the next day was also good, and the restaurant environment was very good.

The room is large, the accommodation is quiet, the facilities are perfect, there is a refrigerator in the public area to put the children's Chinese medicine package, there is also a washing machine and with drying function, parking is convenient in the underground parking lot downstairs, parking spaces are sufficient, the hotel provides free parking coupons within 24 hours, You can come in and out at will~ I arrived early, the front desk was very warm, helped me arrange priority cleaning, the restaurant was just a while, the health was very clean, and it was very comfortable after check-in! The basket of items is very beautiful, Wuxi Spring is really beautiful, the roadside is full of various flowers~ March must come to Wuxi!

The location of the hotel is great, very close to Lingshan Buddha and surrounded by lakes on three sides. It is a good place for tourism and vacation. When we checked in, Lisa Xiaomei, who greeted us at the front desk, was warm and thoughtful, always thinking of customers, helping us adjust and upgrade the room, and helping us solve any problems during our stay. It was really family-like service. The room was super large, sitting on the balcony, looking at the rippling Taihu Lake, it was very comfortable. I ordered several meals in the hotel restaurant, the price was affordable, and the dishes tasted very good. I will choose here next time I go to Wuxi.

This time I stayed at Changguangxi Hotel for 4 nights. We stayed on the 30th night. During the National Day holiday, Changguangxi Hotel insisted on basically not increasing the price. My standard room price has more than 350 yuan with double breakfast. The hotel was decorated according to the standards of a four-star hotel more than 10 years ago. The hotel environment is very good, across the road is Changguangxi National Wetland Park, it is a quiet place during the holidays, it is worth a visit, we also used a ** group for a 218 lunch at Shuiyue Villa in the park, plus 2 58 yuan / drunk crab, This is the most delicious meal we have eaten in Wuxi for five days. But there was also a horrible thing in the hotel. We lived on the 5th floor. On the morning of the 1st, we got up and saw a cockroach that was more than 1 foot in the bathroom. After stepping on it, we would move. I don’t know if I had climbed people at night. It’s very scary. After coming down and telling the reception desk, we immediately changed the room on the 3rd floor. In the room, the duty manager explained that the hotel environment is located in the wetland park, there are more insects, just killed some time ago, the room on the 5th floor is usually not used,..., this experience is the previous hotel has never experienced, it makes a bad mood, the next 2 days live on the 3rd floor, I am worried that there will be cockroaches?

This hotel is located country side from Wuxi but is very well located close to the main attractions such as Lingshan Giant Buda Statue and Nianhuawan Park. The personal is incredible and gave us a tremendous support: scheduling shuttle bus some times out of the official schedule, having someone that speak English during main office hours, etc. The facilities are very clean, just an slightly smell of old wood in the hotel but nothing to be worried. The restaurant offers just Chinese food, but the quality is very good.
