Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Xi'an

It was first trip to Xian. Actually forth time. But last 3 times visit was just business trip. The hotel located near Bell tower(钟路）really convenience and price also reasonable.

The location of the hotel is good, near the Datang Everbright City. The soundproof of the room are bad; you can hear the noise from next door and others walking at the corridor. Also, it is a bit inconvenient when the hotel only gives you 1 room card when there are 2 guests in a room.

The reason why I came to this hotel for the second time is definitely the excellent service. After placing the order, I contacted the front desk and said that I booked it with a partner. The room I reserved was very good. The guy at the front desk was very considerate and booked a room without breakfast. My friend asked if there was breakfast, and he replied to my friend with a hint that there was. He gave me enough face. It was very good. The hotel provides electronic invoices so I don't have to go out of my way to get them. The overall environment is OK. The hotel provides free parking, and the hotel entrance is very convenient. I visited the room before and the facilities are quite complete. It is perfect for receiving friends. Finally, I have to mention that the service is very good! This is the hotel for receiving friends in the future. Always happy Xiaopeng!

First of all, the room is very clean. The hotel is right next to Sanqiao Station on Metro Line 1, so it is very convenient to take the subway. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. When they saw children checking in, they took the initiative to give them snacks and gift bags. When they left the hotel, they also gave adults and children souvenirs. The breakfast is first-class among hotels of the same type. The coffee in the restaurant is very delicious. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xi'an.

It is quiet in the bustle, bustling when you go out, and quiet when you enter, especially if you are driving your own car from out of town and come to the hotel (the nearest distance from the Xingyuan South Toll Station to the hotel is only 4.6 kilometers) Enjoy your trip without any traffic jams! Everyone understands, friends! Hygiene: The staff are serious and responsible. After all, the hotel management level is quite high as it just opened this year. There is no need to worry about hygiene😓 Environment: The environment is good. You can take a look at the real pictures of the relevant hotels. Service: There are robots for food delivery, hotel exclusive parking spaces, conference rooms, gyms, and laundry facilities! In particular, the hotel's sound insulation effect is very good, and electric curtains are standard! I also booked the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Chanba through (Ctrip.com). I felt it was safe, clean, hygienic, and the service was good, so I extended my stay for a few more days! Something as good as Ctrip needs to be shared! Hotel facilities and equipment are very satisfied, but it is worth mentioning that we booked a total of 3 big bed rooms for three nights through Trip.com . At 4 pm on the first day, the front desk could not arrange the room immediately. Because it was not cleaned up, it was only arranged for a room after half an hour. The other 2 rooms could be arranged later, but the accommodation was different floors. The next morning, the 2 rooms were returned, and the front desk was asked to coordinate the arrangement of the same floor. When I came back at night, one of the suites was brushed and found that there was luggage and no brushing (and the guests were using the room), I reported the room situation to the front desk and immediately changed the room. On the third day, because we booked a hotel room for 2 separate orders (but the same Trip.com account), we had instructions when we picked up the room on the first day. We went out to visit as usual in the morning. At about noon, the hotel front desk customer service called and said that the check-out time had passed. After we explained it, we mistakenly thought that the problem had been solved, but we went back to brush the sputum at night. The 3 rooms were not successful. The front desk customer service that night had solved the problem immediately. Suggestion: The overall hardware facilities of the hotel are in place, but some front desk staff have insufficient reception experience. We understand that group guests are very important to the hotel, but retail guests like us who have booked a room through Trip.com are also very important. The booked accommodation must be guaranteed. It is impossible to check in and allocate a good room after 4 o'clock, and the training strength needs to be strengthened.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for three nights. The location was incredibly convenient, being just a five-minute walk to the metro station. It was also close to popular shopping areas, as well as Huimin Street and Yongningmen, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. Our booking included breakfast, which offered a diverse selection of both Chinese and Western dishes—something for everyone to enjoy. The food quality and variety were impressive. The front desk staff, particularly the ladies at the counter, were very friendly and accommodating. They even assisted us in receiving parcels, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and its excellent location and helpful service made our trip even better.
