Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Xi'an

This time, I was really touched by Miss Jiujiu at the front desk of the hotel! I was so careless when I checked out that I left my ID in the room, and I didn't realize it until I left for a long time. I contacted the hotel anxiously, and Miss Jiujiu calmed my emotions at the first time and told me not to worry. She quickly arranged for the staff to look for it in the room. After confirming that the ID was found, she took the initiative to arrange express delivery for me. She was patient and meticulous throughout the process. Not only did she check my delivery address and contact information in detail, but she also asked kindly if there were any other important items missing. After the mailing was completed, she took a photo and sent a message to inform me of the express number, so that I could track the progress at any time. This timely and thoughtful service saved me from the tediousness and anxiety of reissuing the documents. Miss Jiujiu's efficiency and warmth perfectly interpret what it means to be ”at home”. This experience also made me deeply feel the professionalism and sense of responsibility of the staff of this hotel. Next time I stay, I will choose here again!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for three nights. The location was incredibly convenient, being just a five-minute walk to the metro station. It was also close to popular shopping areas, as well as Huimin Street and Yongningmen, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. Our booking included breakfast, which offered a diverse selection of both Chinese and Western dishes—something for everyone to enjoy. The food quality and variety were impressive. The front desk staff, particularly the ladies at the counter, were very friendly and accommodating. They even assisted us in receiving parcels, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and its excellent location and helpful service made our trip even better.

As good as always, I slept until noon and missed breakfast every time. It's right outside the Sanqiao subway station. The hotel is quiet and private. It's also very smart. The temperature is comfortable. There are smart robots delivering meals. Good value for money

The hotel's location is excellent, and it's just a short walk to the Tang Dynasty City Pedestrian Street. The service is great, and we were given a free room upgrade upon check-in. The amenities are replaced every day, the front desk service is serious, and we also gave local refrigerator magnets when we checked out. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. I will definitely choose this hotel next time.

Facilities: Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Chanba is strategically located. It is quiet in the bustle, bustling when you go out, and quiet when you enter, especially if you are driving your own car from out of town and come to the hotel (the nearest distance from the Xingyuan South Toll Station to the hotel is only 4.6 kilometers) Enjoy your trip without any traffic jams! Everyone understands, friends! Hygiene: The staff are serious and responsible. After all, the hotel management level is quite high as it just opened this year. There is no need to worry about hygiene😓 Environment: The environment is good. You can take a look at the real pictures of the relevant hotels. Service: There are robots for food delivery, hotel exclusive parking spaces, conference rooms, gyms, and laundry facilities! In particular, the hotel's sound insulation effect is very good, and electric curtains are standard! I also booked the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Chanba through (Ctrip.com). I felt it was safe, clean, hygienic, and the service was good, so I extended my stay for a few more days! Something as good as Ctrip needs to be shared! Hotel location is great, breakfast good and room was nice. Do note that during our stay the air conditioning was switched off. Seems like it’s a practice during this period of the year so do take note if booking this hotel. Thankfully the weather was cool for 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there.

The room type was upgraded for free. Leo and Xuanzi provided good service. The overall environment of the room is quite good, the location is also relatively superior, the breakfast variety is relatively rich, and the dining environment is very good. Summary: Recommended
