I really like this homestay. It is located near Xi'an Railway Station and has many leisure activities such as chess and card rooms, billiards tables, etc. It is also very close to Yongxingfang, where you can enjoy many authentic online cuisines nearby. The facilities and equipment in the room are very new and modern. I highly recommend this store for those coming to Xi'an! I guarantee I will like it

Situated in a serene neighbourhood, you can have a glimpse of the ‘wall’ from the 2nd floor (honestly a tiny bit). Shower water is powerful and hot enough (too hot a few times so I have to adjust during the shower). Breakfast is provided (congee, sweet potato, steamed buns, pickles, a boiled egg). But the breakfast time is 8:30-9:30, fixed.
We had an early tour and requested a takeout breakfast and the lady provided us with an egg and a cucumber.
You could enjoy pool game and ktv there, pretty cool.
If you need a quiet recharge, it’s fine. If you want to shop around and have abundant diner choices, it’s not the right place. It takes 10 mins to walk to 永興坊.
Last but not least, hard to find the place in the evening (dark). Need to confirm the taxi driver a few times where to stop.
The receptionist is quite helpful but I need to communicate with him via messaging. He is not stationed there all the time.

Mingsu is in a very convenient location with a good environment. You can see that the owner has put a lot of effort into the decoration. It is very clean. The things in the room are of very good quality. The waiters are also very enthusiastic and patiently told me how to get around. I often come to Xi'an on business trips. This will be my first choice for accommodation in the future. It is worth recommending.

The room was clean and tidy, not fancy. The service staff was available on call, enthusiastic and responsible. They introduced me to delicious food and travel suggestions that only locals know.
