This time I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton on Zhangba North Road, and the overall experience was great! First of all, the hotel is newly opened and the environment is really great. The lobby design is modern and warm, and the whole atmosphere makes people feel relaxed and happy as soon as they enter. The room is very clean and spacious, with complete facilities and exquisite details, giving people a high-quality living experience.
The most noteworthy thing is the hotel's service. The staff are very warm and friendly, especially Xiao Wu. He not only has a very good attitude, but is also very helpful. He provided us with a lot of useful suggestions, making our stay experience more perfect. His service is really heartwarming.
The breakfast is also very satisfying, with rich variety and very good taste, basically covering all kinds of Chinese and Western options. Everything is fresh and delicious, especially the roujiamo, which is especially delicious! It's perfect to start the day with a nutritious breakfast.
In general, I am very satisfied with this stay. Whether it is the environment, service or catering, it is very worthwhile. I will definitely come again if I have the chance in the future. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I booked a room early but was given a side room on the top floor. The service attitude was not good. They said that I needed to register as a member to check out at 2 o'clock, otherwise they would not give me a delay.
