very nice hostel. very clean and quiet. staff was very friendly and helpful. the hostel has a nice rooftop which is very relaxing. it was possible to wash clothes for free. the sorounding neigbourhood is very nice! 10/10

Great stay here in Xi'an!

I want this to be a constructive feedback that the hotel managers can use to improve. I mean no offense at all, we were treated very well by the staff as they are very kind, but my humble opinion for your improvement. 1- The rooms all have a very strong smell like sewer and tabaco, I noticed your lavatories dont have P-trap, this causes the gases from the sewage to emerge and disperse, plus seems like you allow smoking in your rooms. 2- the AC does not go down in temperature, XiAn is a very humid city, which makes the heat even more dificult to tolerate, plus humid stale air stinks even more. You really need to lower that AC and keep it around 18 C. Please allow people to lower the AC to be comfortable even if that means we pay a little more. 3- Clean the rooms, that means remove the dirt from the floor, mop it, use disinfectant, leave the room smelling nice and clean. Us foreigners like rooms to smell like clean. See that there arent stains, all these things help the room feel great immediately and make a difference. I didnt care that much about the construction you have going on, but cleanliness and comfort are the most important part when were traveling away from home. Please kindly consider all these to improve the experience for your guest and make of China the great tourist destination it deserves to be.

Prima hostel. Niet veel contact tussen de andere gasten maar wel goeie locatie. Prive kamers zijn ruim met eigen badkamer.
