For its price and location, we couldn’t ask for more. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was pleasantly quiet — perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day exploring the city. The suite we stayed in had two bathrooms with good water pressure, which was very convenient. There was also plenty of space in the main bedroom, great for opening and organizing our luggage.
The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to popular attractions such as the Xi’an City Wall (South Gate), Hui Min Street, and Kaiyuan Shopping Mall. Although the staff spoke only Chinese, it wasn’t a big issue — most people in Xi’an mainly speak Chinese, and we were still able to find ways to communicate and fully enjoy our journey in Xi'an.

The staff are not very helpful, the lady who stationed at the hotel to lure guests to join the local tour group is very unethical. Whatever promised were not delivered after receiving payment. Room TV not working, the staff came to my room and scolded me why I didn’t open the hidden door on the wall to on it? What is the logic? I told them the battery of the tv control is weak, need to be replaced, they asked me to wait till the next day, and the next day to another day. Room cleaning didn’t refill tissue papers, didn’t refill paper cups etc. well they gave me a bag of candies and asked me to give good review. Whether you should believe all the good reviews, you need to make your judgment call.

The hotel's location is excellent, about 300-meter walk from the Bell Tower train station. Some staff can speak English. The room is new and clean. I was very impressed. If I come back to Xi'an, I will stay here again.🙂

The room type we booked (2 connected rooms) was quite comfortable, good value. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only problem was some guests smoking near the elevator/staircase area. Overall, would recommend.

The hotel staff were very helpful and our room was extremely comfortable and clean. Everything was very modern. The bed was great, we slept really well. The location is perfect for the city, a minute walk to the Bell Tower and the metro, 20 min walk to the city walls. The breakfast was varied with something to suit everyone’s tastes. I would highly recommend this hotel, super convenient, great staff and extremely good value for money.

Hotel Location is very nice, just a ＜ 5 Min Walk to Zhonglou Station/Bell Tower. Room is rather small but has everything that is needed, is clean (cleaned & change everyday) and soundproof. The bed was very comfortable!
Price/value wise good Choice and I would definitely visit again.
Drawback: As almost at every Place - even though non Smoking Hotel, the People smoke in the rooms & Lobby. Our room itself was ok, however we had one Morning with slight smoke smell (probably aircon). I didnt See anyone advising them…
We didn‘t Talk much to the receptionists - I assume that they are not very comfortable with english. However, for the Basic stuff everything worked out.
They have a cleaning Roboter that even uses the escalator 😂.
