Small hotel but clean, convenient, and friendly staff. The air-conditioned is cool. The fridge was not working until we found out it was unplugged from the wall. The only thing is you have to go down to the reception to get your morning coffee

The hotel is great, we had an excelent stay. The attention to details is admirable. Beds very comfortable and the amenities very also great.
Staff is extremely helpful and very prompt. The communication was very efficient.
Would definitely come again.
Visit the cats if you have the chance.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are modern, well furnished and clean. The bed is the comfiest bed I have ever slept in and I will absolutely stay here again.

It was a very reasonably priced hotel! Just note that there are a few set of ramps where you need to slide your luggage upon entering the building but they also have someone who can assist you when you ring the bell at the entrance. The room was very comfortable and they also have sets of washer and dryer. We just took didi to go around, it was close to the main tourist attractions.

Wow - what an amazing stay! HeSu Designer Hotel caught my eye months before our trip and I felt it was destiny for us to stay there. It was gorgeous - there is various artwork all around. The room itself felt like a mini apartment! The lighting was great. The rainfall shower head was very nice and the toilet with bidet was a nice feature! I had several packages delivered and the front desk helped me locate them. Please double check your fridge upon arrival, it may be unplugged (better for the environment!) Everything was very comfortable - the bed was especially comfy!!! Location wise absolutely brilliant. Walkable to Muslim Quarter and other scenic sites!!!! Would stay here again!

We stayed here for 4 nights, and were very impressed overall. The hotel and the room was very clean, modern, roomy, and we were provided with excellent customer service. The location is is also very convenient, as you are relatively close to the inner city walls.

The service was excellent. The hotel is approximately a 20-minute walk to the metro station and about a 25-minute walk to the city wall. The room we received was different from the pictures shown during booking, but the staff addressed the issue promptly. Front desk lady was not able to provide much information about attraction, I guess she is not a local and maybe training is required.
