Love the hotel location in Xian city. Easy access to Muslim street for all the halal food. Abt 10 mins walk. Other location like Xian Wall also within reach. One thing to take note if you are a light sleeper it may be a disadvantage to you as same building there a disco night club playing music. The sound bass vibration may reach you depending on the level of yr room. I don't want to say it affect all cos I didn't move to other rooms. The lady who help arrange attractions visit or taxi very helpful. Can use Alipay for payment and cash at some stall (plse ask)

Location is very convenient, close to subway, Muslim food street, Bell Tower and other sights. Hotel is nice, but basic. Room is cosy, but smelled cigarettes. Breakfast was pretty good. Loved the idea of self-service water. Even the hotel was empty, we were placed in the only room across the elevator. Surprisingly, the disco/club nearby made our nights very uncomfortable with their extremely loud bass till 5AM every day. Not the people at the elevator.

Perfect location, few mins from the busy Muslim quarter for street food and lots of shops around. The room was impecable clean, with a pleasant smell. Highly recommended, especially for solo travellers.

Room is smaller than expected and there is no view in the room. I felt cleanliness can be improved as mould can seen in the toilet. Breakfast is limited for an international chain hotel. Would prefer if there is more western choice breakfast. Location no doubt is good, walkable distance to Muslim quarter and bell tower.

It has been a wonderful stay with the Hotel. For a start, we arrived late at night and the reception greeted us with pleasure and helped us to check in soonest possible. Oh yes, rest assured the staff can speak good english for the non-chinese speakers. The bed covers were all clean and all of our towels and room cleaned daily. The room comes with free daily breakfast too. Most importantly, we love that they have free laundry machines and dryers too so you can have clean clothes throughout your trip!
We booked a room for 4, and there’s still enough space for us to pray too! I definitely recommend this hotel for 1st time travellers and those travelling with families too. Super comfy and convenient!

Hotel location is near to tourist attractions like Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter and Ancient City Wall. Customer service and housekeeping were good even though they don't speak English.

1) Location is superb, near bell towel and entrance to south gate of city wall. Easy to call Didi too.
2) Room is clean, with free water bottle available at every level of lift lobby.
3) Too bad tv color for my room is distorted…
4) Bfast area is small as compared to other city Holiday Inn express branches, variety also not as much, but price is cheaper.. It’s quite crowded during bfast time.
5) Laundry room is good but only has 2 washer 2 dryer, every night requires queue to wait for your turn.

Staff is attentive and helpful. The facilities is sufficient as well as there is also breakfast provided. Amenities are provided daily and if insufficient the staff will assist to provide. Security is also good as going to each floor need to have access card. There is also shopping and restaurant surrounding the area.
