It was my first time to travel to Xi'an and stay at the Swisstouches Xi'an. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the strong New Year atmosphere. The staff greeted me warmly. Linda, the front desk staff, was very professional and thoughtful. She took the initiative to upgrade our family room. She also gave us New Year dolls because we had children. The children loved them very much! I have to say that the people of Xi'an are really enthusiastic! The hotel is also great! When we entered the room, it was very large and bright. The children had a lot of fun playing in the living room. The facilities and equipment were very good! It really met our needs for this stay. It was really worth the money! Super value! I will definitely stay at this hotel next time if I have the chance! After all, the service is first-class!
