Xi'an Lianhu District 4-star Hotels

The hotel was great. It's location was very close to the city wall. The staff were really nice and kind. The room was clean. One thing for the hotel to improve: isn't better to completely separate the toilet from the corridor? I mean, of course it has a door, but it is open in the top of the door, and the door of toilet is not completely confined (So you can hear anything and smell anything😅.) Other than that, this hotel is great and if I come back to Xian, I will book it again. I also recommend this hotel for sure.

The hotel room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, the front desk staff is very considerate, you can see the clock tower when you go downstairs, there is also a delicious street on the first floor, the hotel breakfast is very rich and delicious, the hotel is close to the subway entrance, and it is very convenient to travel

The sanitation and facilities of the guest rooms are excellent. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, giving people a warm feeling of home. The facilities in the room are all available, including high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV. The bed is very comfortable and the sound insulation is excellent, ensuring that I can have a good sleep every night. Dining experience The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and nutritionally balanced, providing me with the energy I need for the day. The service in the restaurant is also very thoughtful, and the waiters are always able to respond to our needs in a timely manner. The surrounding environment is good, with the fragrance of osmanthus in autumn and a lot of greenery. There are many delicious foods around, and the room is also equipped with children's toothbrushes and children's slippers. Considering the price and service quality, this hotel is very cost-effective, whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation. Recommended

The room is quiet, the sanitation is good, and it is well cleaned. The main thing is that the front desk service here is also great. It can be used as luggage when leaving this hotel. There is also free parking. I am very satisfied.

Both front counter staff and the cleaner all are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The lobby is cleaned very carefully every day and the cleaner helps to keep the room tidy and neat, with new towels and toilet paper available daily. Furthermore, the counter staff has helped with problems with a calm and patient attitude, for example, helping with location problems for booking a car to certain destinations as well as giving suggestions for restaurants for meals. The additional evening snack （雪茸银養）was free, delicious, healthy, not too sweet and suitable for all ages. Moreover, the coffee break was delightful, their coffee was great and their accompanying cookies had a flowery fragrance. Thank you 😊

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply infected by the warm atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple but stylish, and the hygiene details are impeccable. The waiter served with a smile throughout the whole process and took the initiative to help with the luggage. The quality is reflected in the details. The front desk Xiaobai service was very enthusiastic and recommended a lot of local snacks to us, and there was no thunder! The overall experience exceeded expectations and I strongly recommend it to my friends!

The hotel staffs service was great especially those at the front desk, can’t recall all their names .. San San and Ding Juen was marvellous, we spend 7 nights here and no regrets. They are helpful and caring too, they will assigned a 管家 for u the moment u checked in, which is 24 hours on call via WeChat on any assistance that we need .. from support on your tours suggestions and almost literally anything that relates to our trip, which we find it’s really helpful. The location is slightly away from the bustling town centre but it’s fine to us as the metro station is not far from the hotel and furthermore it’s ok to us as we mainly will just grab a cab to travel since the taxi fares is quite cheap. My wife was having a bad food poisoning ( it’s due to outside foods, not hotel food ) it’s happened mid night and needed ambulance, they assisted all the way and we was touched by the cares given, and surprised to receive a bouquet when we back to hotel. All in all, it was a great stay.

Fantastic location right next to the Xi’an Bell Tower – couldn’t be more convenient! The hotel is surrounded by tons of delicious local food spots and famous attractions, all within walking distance. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy bed to the thoughtful amenities, everything was just right. Highly recommend this place if you want to explore Xi’an with ease!

The hotlel is not 'halal' but the service provided by the hotel is very islamic. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The toilet is seperated from the bathroom..so, u can do ur 'business' when somebody else is having a shower. The aircond is also adjustable which makes the temperature in the room very cosy. Bonus - the location of the hotel is very near to the Muslim Food Street and the Great Xian Mosque...so u don't need to get a taxi/e-hailing to go there. It's just 5 minute walk, and u are already there.

My family of 9 stayed in Xi’An Bell Tower Manxin Hotel for a week and it is by far the best hotels we hv stayed in our many recent trips to China. Love that it is newly opened just a few months ago and the location is a comfortable walking distance away to the Bell Tower and Hui Min Muslim Street. Lots of nice restaurants, eateries and shops surrounding the hotel and the metro station is also a short walk away. Fell in love with the hotel’s hardworking robot as well as the super clean and lovely laundry facilities which are free for guests to use. Hotel room is big. Breakfast spread is amazing too! It will remain my #1 choice when we revisit Xi’An for sure. Highly recommended!!!
