Hotel locate o in good area, friendly and good support staff. Delicious dim sum for breakfast.

The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the "faulty" sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.

The Hotel is located in Siguniangshan Village for tourists which means you will be conveniently located to the.national park entrance. If you are going in the fall or winter make sure you are prepared for cold weather; although the hotel has heard floors! A great added luxury.

I love this hoter so far. Nice location near by a lot of restaurants the best is staff. They are very friendly and helpful. And hotel is welcoming for Thai people. I hope I will come back to stay here again.❤️

Good service

Service and room cleanliness is all good. They help us carry our luggage up and down as there is no lift in the hotel. Just one downside the shower heater is not working for that one night however they tried to help us solve as well. Very good service overall.

First of all, the boss and the staff are very nice! I was a little out of breath when I first arrived at the high altitude, and the two boys immediately picked up my luggage and sent it to the room. Secondly, the room is very beautiful, with two floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains, and one side can see Siguniang! A beautiful view! When I left, I told the boss in advance that other guests should move their cars, and the communication was very smooth! I feel very good staying here! Service: Very good!

The room is nice, with floor heating and electric blankets, so you don't have to worry about the cold weather. The staff are very friendly, and they actively ask about needs and help with luggage. You know, it's quite painful to carry luggage and climb the stairs when you first arrive at a high altitude area😖, but fortunately they are there. 😁 The hotel provides breakfast, and you can also order and group buy lunch and dinner, which is very convenient if you don't want to go out for food. I can stay here next time. The hotel is very close to the entrance of Changpinggou. If you choose to go hiking in Changpinggou and Haizigou, it is very convenient to stay here. Friendly reminder: If you come by bus, it's only a few hundred meters to the hotel after getting off the bus, but you have to climb a big slope with your luggage. 😅

The room's floor heating is very comfortable. I am traveling in Siguniang Mountain. This hotel is very welcoming. The front desk is very fast, efficient and kind. They are all young ladies. They also sent Tremella soup in the evening, which is super delicious.
