"This was my first time in Yangzhou, and I'm so glad I booked this Mercure hotel. From the moment I walked in, all the staff were incredibly warm and polite. The hotel is conveniently located right by Dongguan Street, making it easy to get around, and there's parking available downstairs if you're driving. We were even given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise! The upgraded room had an amazing view; I could see the Grand Canal directly from the balcony. The room also had many thoughtful little touches, like a toilet seat cover and face towels. After checking out, I accidentally left something behind, and the hotel proactively called me and arranged to mail it back. My overall experience with both Yangzhou and the Mercure hotel was absolutely fantastic!"

"Stayed at Junting Hotel with my family. The hotel's scent was lovely, and there was complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, with the lemon tea being particularly refreshing and thirst-quenching. The room was clean and tidy, and any requests we had were promptly fulfilled. The bath bags provided next to the bathtub were a thoughtful touch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including many Yangzhou specialties. I highly recommend the Yangzhou dried shredded tofu and the oil pastries. Besides those, the grape juice, braised goose, and duck blood vermicelli soup were also delicious. I especially want to commend the Hanfu photoshoot service included in our package. The photographer was excellent at capturing great shots, and his guidance on lighting and posing was both professional and patient. It was a truly memorable experience that received unanimous praise from my entire family."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money, truly worth recommending! I originally booked it just for a casual overnight stay, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I checked in. The hotel is easy to find, conveniently located with good transportation links, and surrounded by all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The room was even more spacious than it appeared in the pictures, with a simple yet elegant decor, clean and fresh. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was very convenient, and all the toiletries were provided, so I didn't need to bring my own. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, especially Yuzu at the front desk, who was welcoming and polite. Both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The hotel itself is quiet and tidy, with a comfortable environment, and the price is really affordable—truly excellent value when you compare it to others. This will be my top choice for future business trips or vacations in the area, and I highly recommend it to all my friends!"

"I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone! Facilities: The whole place is smart-enabled, very responsive and convenient. Hygiene: Extremely clean, not a single flaw to be found, both in the room and public areas. Environment: Thoughtfully designed and very trendy in its decor. Service: The service is what I'm most satisfied with. Every single staff member greets you proactively and offers assistance. We drove here, and the security guard on the first floor not only helped us without being asked but also gave us travel tips. He even quietly washed our car in the evening – I was truly touched. Every staff member we encountered over these two days made us feel incredibly welcome, adding a wonderful touch to our trip. They even gave us a farewell gift when we checked out. If I ever come back, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was very diverse and plentiful."
