very good hotel for family trip

لقد أقمت مؤخرًا في فندق Tui Magic life Hotel أثناء العمل وكنت سعيدًا للغاية بتجربتي. يتمتع هذا الفندق بموقع ملائم في قلب وسط المدينة، ويوفر سهولة الوصول إلى مناطق الجذب السياحي الرئيسية بالإضافة إلى المناطق التجارية. مرافق الفندق حديثة ويتم صيانتها جيدًا. كانت غرفتي فسيحة ونظيفة ومصممة بشكل جميل وتوفر مناظر خلابة للمدينة. كان السرير مريحًا بشكل لا يصدق، مما يضمن ليلة نوم مريحة بعد أيام طويلة من العمل. خدمة العملاء كانت استثنائية. كان موظفو مكتب الاستقبال ودودين ومحترفين ومستعدين دائمًا للرد على طلباتي. كانت خدمة الغرف سريعة وفعالة، وكان موظفو المطعم مهتمين باحتياجاتي أثناء وجباتي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يقدم الفندق مجموعة من المرافق والخدمات لجعل الإقامة أكثر متعة، بما في ذلك صالة ألعاب رياضية مجهزة تجهيزًا جيدًا ومنتجع صحي مريح وبوفيه إفطار لذيذ مع مجموعة متنوعة من الخيارات التي تناسب جميع الأذواق. بشكل عام، كانت إقامتي في الفندق رائعة وأود أن أوصي به بشدة لأي شخص يبحث عن إقامة جيدة عند زيارة المنطقة. لا أستطيع الانتظار للعودة في رحلتي القادمة

everything was amazing. awesome staff, great activities, a lot of good food. The stay was so good thanks to the entertainment team, they're so open and nice, doing their job really well special regards from Poland to Vlad, Manuela and Abdou

Wir (2 Erw. + Teen) sind i.d.R. individuell unterwegs, und selten mehr als ein paar Tage an einem Ort. Auch hier war es für gut 4 Tage, am Ende einer dreiwöchigen Reise zu anderen Zielen. Pro: das Resort erfüllt das, womit es beworben wird, also viel Entertainment und niederschwellige Aktivitäten. Das Frühstück war größten Teils gut. Das Personal war immer und überall sehr freundlich. Das WLAN war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war praktisch und die Betten bequem. Besonders nett die "Wunderbar". Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr effizient (wir waren mit Mietwagen unterwegs, daher jeweils die einzigen, keine Wartezeit trotz absoluter Hauptsaison mit vollem Haus). Contra: Essen war von üblicher AI-Qualität, das Hauptrestaurant hatte (vor allem abends) Kantinenatmosphäre. Das Zimmer hatte Aussicht zur Hälfte zum Nachbarhotel und zur anderen Hälfte an die Wand (besseres wohl nur gegen Aufpreis). Im "Relax-Pool" wird auch schon mal Volleyball gespielt, und generell sind die Pools bei vollem Resort etwas eng. Ganz schlimm: sämtliche Liegen an den Pools waren ab ca. 8 Uhr "belegt" mit Handtüchern, und dieses Spiel wollten wir nun wirklich nicht mitspielen. Sollte es nicht selbstverständlich sein, dass man zu beliebiger Tageszeit mal in den Pool springen möchte, und einen Platz für sein Handtuch erwartet? Neutral: als Mitt-50er habe ich das erste Mal (!), nach zahllosen Schwimmgängen in allen Ozeanen der Erde, eine schmerzhafte Begegnung mit einer Qualle im Meer gemacht. Kein Fehler des Hotels, vielleicht aber schon Symptom des immer wärmeren Mittelmeers.

L’équipe d’animation et super sympathique et accueillante que ça soit le dj Youcef ou alors les danseurs comme Jasmine ,les chanteurs comme suazie ,et les animateurs en général les piscines sont propres la nourriture et bonne et appétissante et les spectacles sont fabuleux

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The animation team was fantastic – we loved the white party nights and the fitness classes. The overall atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed our time there. However, I am very disappointed with the cleaning staff responsible for room 224 (and also room 226 where my kids were staying). Unfortunately, she stole my belt and a pair of golden earrings from my room ( ive already told her that but she didn't listen ) . On top of that, the housekeeping service was very poor. Despite asking several times, she never provided us with shampoo or toiletries during the whole week, except once at the beginning. This was extremely frustrating and really unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Everything else was wonderful, but I sincerely hope management takes this issue seriously and improves the housekeeping staff.

Great experience at this hotel. Amazing welcoming, very delicious food, perfect services. The room was spacious and clean. Special thanks for the guest service manager Hadhoud ❤️ he was over welcoming and a great help for us along our stay! Wi be back for sure!

I don't even know where to start! But I HAVE to start with the dancers/animation/fitness team because they absolutely made my trip. 100 I LOVED the fitness group - honestly, never been to a hotel that offers such amazing classes (tip: download the TUl Magic Life app to see the schedule). Big applause to: • Shayn for the facial fitness classes (so unique!) •Marcela for zumba and salsa (so much energy) (perfect balance) •Yasmine for step & burn and yoga •Uashington for zumba and step (non- stop fun) •swazi the singer ! Angelic voice 🥰 Also the cooking class with the chef, special shoutout to the guest service lol really funny (Loved the slata mechwiya recipe) The team was incredible, so welcoming, and honestly the main reason I'll definitely be co back next year. The pools and beach were spotless — really well taken care of. The hotel has four pools (indoor one was closed this season), and we especially enjoyed the adults-only pool. My parents couldn't get enough of the jacuzzi pool. Oh also, the a la carte restaurants loved the indian / Mediterranean restaurants (you'll have to book) Also, I loved the little details - like the kids' song they play daily, super cute touch (shoutout to whoever came up with that, I think it's Mymo?). Overall, the hotel was clean everywhere, staff were friendly, and we had such a great week. Definitely planning to come back to a Magic Life hotel again! Also a special hello to shayn for always dancing with me🤣

It was a great experience, big and spacious hotel, comfortable and clean rooms and most importantly the entertainment team was great. I had alot of fun every night there and i would love to see them again next year, especially the signer, the dance classes trainer, the zomba classes trainer, loved the shows and the choreography, especially Marcela and Washington, really made my experience great. I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a full relaxation experience with multitude of activities to experience.

After our 2nd visit as a family we were once again very happy. Hotel does not disappoint Staff are very attentive to your needs and are very welcoming. Big shout out to Hedi from Customer service who always greets you with a big smile and always makes you laugh he is very good at his job and helps you with any concerns. Food is excellent and a great choice 5 stars to the Chefs. Entertainment is varied for all ages and there is always things to do for the kids. Rooms are very comfortable and are cleaned daily. The only thing we had a gripe with are people saving sunbeds before 6am as witnessed from our balcony this should never be allowed this needs to be addressed by Hotel as we see groups saving beds early Not returning to them to mid morning
