very good hotel for family trip

لقد أقمت مؤخرًا في فندق Tui Magic life Hotel أثناء العمل وكنت سعيدًا للغاية بتجربتي. يتمتع هذا الفندق بموقع ملائم في قلب وسط المدينة، ويوفر سهولة الوصول إلى مناطق الجذب السياحي الرئيسية بالإضافة إلى المناطق التجارية. مرافق الفندق حديثة ويتم صيانتها جيدًا. كانت غرفتي فسيحة ونظيفة ومصممة بشكل جميل وتوفر مناظر خلابة للمدينة. كان السرير مريحًا بشكل لا يصدق، مما يضمن ليلة نوم مريحة بعد أيام طويلة من العمل. خدمة العملاء كانت استثنائية. كان موظفو مكتب الاستقبال ودودين ومحترفين ومستعدين دائمًا للرد على طلباتي. كانت خدمة الغرف سريعة وفعالة، وكان موظفو المطعم مهتمين باحتياجاتي أثناء وجباتي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يقدم الفندق مجموعة من المرافق والخدمات لجعل الإقامة أكثر متعة، بما في ذلك صالة ألعاب رياضية مجهزة تجهيزًا جيدًا ومنتجع صحي مريح وبوفيه إفطار لذيذ مع مجموعة متنوعة من الخيارات التي تناسب جميع الأذواق. بشكل عام، كانت إقامتي في الفندق رائعة وأود أن أوصي به بشدة لأي شخص يبحث عن إقامة جيدة عند زيارة المنطقة. لا أستطيع الانتظار للعودة في رحلتي القادمة

Absolutely brilliant place, we'll be back! We had a brilliant stay, meant to come for a relaxing break but ended up doing so many activities! Staff were super friendly and the food selection was brilliant. The variety of pools is great and the selection of activities is huge! Not somewhere to go if you want a quiet, relaxing time perhaps but would recommend it to couples, friends, singles, and families alike for a great beach, activities, pools, and fab food!

Die ganze Anlage von der Lobby bis hin zu den Bar Bereichen ist echt schön gestaltet. Auch wenn das Hotel an manchen Stellen ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist ist es super gepflegt. Die Preis/Leistung ist hier top und es wird einem extrem viel Geboten. Von verschiedensten Sportangeboten wie Wassersport, Fußball, Tennis, etc. bis hin zu verschiedensten Animationsprogrammen bei dem von jung bis alt für jeden was dabei. Das Animationsteam sticht hier besonderst raus und nimmt sich für jeden Gast Zeit und sorgt für gute Laune. Besonders aufgefallen sind uns dabei Manuela, Viktoria, Abdu und JayJay die immer cool drauf waren und uns direkt sympathisch waren. Egal ob beim Fußball, Volleyball oder Abends beim Party machen haben sie sich Zeit für einen genommen und sich am Ende sogar persönlich verabschiedet. Alles in allem ein rundrum gelungener Urlaub der uns viel Spaß gemacht hat und ich jedem nur weiterempfehlen kann.

The place was pretty good, everything you'd expect on a holiday to Tunisia. What made it special was the staff, they made my holiday "perfect". Even a small first aid issue was resolved amazingly by the barman. Thank you all at tui magic. What a week

Im not normally someone who writes reviews but this holiday was incredible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during my time at the resort. We wanted to especially thank three of the sports and activities entertainers, Abdu, Manuela and viktoria these 3 staff members made our time incredibly enjoyable they were welcoming, kind and just down to earth people. A highlight of our time at the resort was the Green curry restaurant, we was lucky to get booked on but a massive thanks to guest services that went above and beyond to make sure we got booked on, genuinely amazing food and huge variety. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist immer freundlich, wenn auch im Barbereich teilweise etwas unterbesetzt. Essen und Getränke waren unseren Erwartungen entsprechend okay und jeder konnte etwas für sich finden. Es wird den gesamten Tag eine große Menge an Aktivitäten und Shows angeboten. Die Animateure machen dabei einen tollen Job! Besonders hervorzuheben sind für uns Manuela, Viktoria und Abdu! Egal ob beim Volleyball, Shuffleboard, Poolspielen, Shows oder auch einfach nur bei einer netten Unterhaltung am Abend waren sie immer freundlich, offen und gut gelaunt. Das hat stets für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt! Alles in Allem war es für uns ein schöner Urlaub mit tollen Bekanntschaften :). Gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! ✨ Tout était réuni pour passer un bon moment, confort, accueil chaleureux et ambiance magnifique , un grand merci à Vlad, qui est super sympa et très professionnel, et qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable 😄 Je recommande vivement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Nous sommes actuellement en séjour en famille au TUI Magic Life Africana, et nous passons un très bon moment. L’hôtel est superbe : le cadre est magnifique, l’ambiance est agréable, les installations sont propres et bien entretenues, et le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. C’est un vrai plaisir de passer nos vacances ici. Cependant, deux points nous semblent à améliorer pour un hôtel classé 5 étoiles : 1. L’absence de bouilloire en chambre : Il n’y a pas de bouilloire ni de café/thé à disposition dans les chambres. C’est un petit service que l’on trouve habituellement dans les hôtels de cette catégorie, et qui est très pratique, surtout en famille. 2. Pas de jus de fruits frais au petit-déjeuner : Tous les jus proposés sont industriels. Un ou deux jus naturels seraient vraiment appréciés et apporteraient une vraie valeur ajoutée à l’expérience du petit-déjeuner. Ce sont deux petits détails, mais qui font une vraie différence quand on compare avec d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles que nous avons déjà visités.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel ! Tout était impeccable du début à la fin. Le service était irréprochable, avec un personnel toujours souriant, attentionné et professionnel. L’hygiène était parfaite, que ce soit dans les chambres, les espaces communs ou les restaurants. La nourriture était variée, savoureuse et toujours fraîche – un vrai régal chaque jour ! Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Vlad, qui a vraiment fait la différence durant notre séjour ❤️ Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

We had really lovely stay. No issues at all, food, place, staff all 5*. My parents planning to go back next summer. Positively surprised from Tunisia for our family better option then overcrowded Canarian islands. Thank you for Africanas team

Hedi Marnissi is an absolute asset to TUi, nothing is to much trouble. He goes above and beyond to sort out any issues to make you happy and your stay enjoyable. He has made our holiday, great with the kids and adults alike. What a guy!!! Well done

This review is for my experience at breakfast. The waiters are good but the chefs are a complete joke. The breakfast starts at 7am but 15-20 minutes in to breakfast service they are still putting food out and there is nothing being cooked. The chefs at some stations are just standing around chatting or looking on there phones and other stations there is no one at all. What a joke. I wanted some toast and the machine was on but there was no bread put out and no one to ask nearby, its 20 minutes into service and I shouldn't have to walk over to the other side of the restaurant to interrupt there chatting to try and ask for some bread when it should already have been put out. Also they don't understand English properly and always seem inconvenienced by having to do some work. It's not down to the waiting staff to do the job for the chefs, but they always seem to get lumbered. Imagine you are going on an excursion and only have 10-20 minutes to grab something to eat before you have to leave. You would go hungry and have to buy food outside as I have had to do several times due to the incompetence of the chefs at breakfast time. What's the point in going all inclusive if you still have to buy food outside. Why is there not enough staff at breakfast. Why does the hotel keep employing staff that can not do the job that they are hired for. Why do the supervisors and management keep letting this continue and do nothing about it, except sweep it under the carpet. When you try to complain to reception about anything they just fob you off. I'm very disappointed with the whole breakfast experience.
