酒店距離溯溪、雲湖都比較近，地理位置還是很方便的，整體環境也不錯，依山傍水，有湖有噴泉，停車場也很大，房間也是比較乾淨整潔。還送了歡迎水果，服務不錯。

床單破了個洞，洗澡的淋浴噴頭的軟管壞了，水都從旁邊流出來，蓮蓬頭水都出不來，體驗特別差，早餐的品類很少，是住過的同等價位裏最差的一次。除了周圍自然環境還不錯，其他毫無體驗可言。

有點老，就是那種老乾部療養院的裝修，但是環境不錯，有別墅，有自行車騎行，還給我們升級了套房，主要還有麻將房，不錯不錯～～

酒店的佔地面積還蠻大，但平時缺少外圍環境維護，車輛停放也比較亂，對入住和服務沒有很高要求的，可以選擇！但是一旦入住了就電話打不通的狀態，衹有步行可以去前台才可以找到人！房間吧，是單機空調，一晚上的度數燈都給你亮着，夜間一直給空間照明，櫃機的主機就在陽台上，聲音還是蠻響的！對聲音不敏感的可以選擇

酒店外面風景不錯。房間設施簡單，免費礦泉水一天衹有2瓶，如果再要收費3元一瓶！早餐超級簡單，基本麼啥東西。第一天有團隊，煮麪的時候還有鹹菜和油麪筋塞肉（早上8點15分到餐廳，很多東西都已經麼了，水果也不加了？？）第二天沒有團隊去吃早餐，衹有光面了………超級無語😓我們也是花錢定的房間啊。貴酒店接待團隊遊較多，散客估計較少。離市中心40公里。單獨來估計衹有自駕了。

從未給過酒店差評，這次也要吐槽一下，到前台要兩瓶水，回覆衹能給一瓶，要花錢買才行，早餐差到吃不飽，沒有選擇餘地，根本達不到四星的標準，整個酒店還不如度假村，晚上大堂內和大堂門口不開一盞燈，對這個酒店太無語

一般不喜歡評價，説句實話進店的感覺還是不錯的，也給送了當地的烏米，唯獨讓人生氣的是走了後落了一瓶剛開的洗面奶打前台説幫忙看，當時已經感覺説話口氣感覺是不是因為就一瓶洗面奶的原因，第二天晚上也沒等到回覆，再次打過去那個口氣更是讓人不舒服，一號入住的保潔怎麼的也收拾出來了，四號了還是説那幫你看一下嘍，一定要問房號，她們這種連樓都不用上就是什麼63什麼什麼的誰能記得住，一號入住有姓名不就行了，人家來一句那你都沒説姓名怎麼查，那你倒是問了嗎一直問房號説什麼房號不知道嗎，作為服務行業服務意識還是欠缺，客人落下東西不要求你們第一時間通知吧，但是不是應該標好房號幾號入住類似這種，這樣客户電話來了是不是第一時間就可以找到，真的感覺當天辦理入住的時候真的不錯，怎麼電話裏相差這麼多，還説可能就是這邊的語調，大家都是江蘇的我連這點語調都聽不出來嗎

1、服務太一般，門口接待的人是愛理不理，前台的服務還行。
2、早餐真的太差了，還不如快捷酒店。
3、套餐裏的福利，你不去提，是不會主動送你。
4、攜程訂房，會員權益到14點退房，12點多來了幾波人，讓提前退房，要打掃房間，後面還🈶客人要入住。

房間很大，設施齊全，衞生狀況良好，度假酒店的環境很好，周邊有湖，有噴泉，可以騎車，服務很好，酒店管家很貼心，做了宜興的旅遊攻略，我們在遊玩的時候使用很方便，點贊入住很快，退房也很快。離大覺寺雲湖很近，酒店不錯。
