Hotels in Yixing Downtown Area, Yixing

The location is excellent! It's right next to Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We stayed in a lake view room, which was very spacious, and the view was lovely. The pan-fried dumplings for breakfast were delicious. My only suggestion for improvement would be the rather small parking lot.

The hotel is located next to Longbeishan Forest Park, in the commercial center, very lively and convenient for travel. The reception and service staff at the front desk were warm and thoughtful, and the first impression was good. The guest room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The washroom, shower, and toilet are divided into three rooms that do not affect each other. The dry and wet are completely separated. It is worthy of praise!

The room is well decorated. Every details counted. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I especially like the working corner and stuffed animals.

Advantages: The room is large, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is rich and delicious (it is rare to have a big pot of pig's trotters for breakfast, it looks great but I can't eat it 🤣), the front desk restaurant, guest room and all the service staff are very nice, the hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. Small suggestions for improvement: the shower water is a bit small, the network is slow, and some buttons in the guest room are not very effective. One thing that is particularly worth praising is that there was a large demand for coffee at breakfast the day before, and there was a queue in front of the coffee machine. The next day, a coffee machine was added. The hotel has a strong sense of service, thumbs up.

I brought my children to Yixing during the National Day and chose to stay at Rongda, a very new hotel in the area. The moment I entered the room, I felt it was so open and clean, and the hygiene details were well done. The room control is very smart and precise, and the children are very happy. During the stay, Xiao Huang was also very considerate and concerned about the check-in situation. Any needs can be solved quickly. Big thumbs up 👍🏻 There is also a revolving restaurant on the 25th floor for breakfast. You can have breakfast while looking at the lake view in the morning, which is very comfortable. I will still choose here next time I have a chance to come!

The only thing I think is a little problem is the staff who make pancakes for breakfast. The attitude is very enthusiastic, but the efficiency really needs to be improved during holidays when there are a lot of customers. There are not too many people waiting in line for pancakes in the morning, and it takes a long time to wait. The process of making a normal pancake that does not require any additional ingredients takes three minutes.

The hotel has its own underground parking lot and a wedding banquet hall on the first floor. The hotel is soundproofed and had a good night's sleep in Yixing. The hotel has its own design and decoration style. There are four-star quality but some small shortcomings, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated, and there is a separate bathtub. But there is no wardrobe, there are hanging hangers instead, and the room layout is still a bit compact. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, the category is completely enough to eat, and the taste is good. I don't know why the hotel corridor and room have a milk smell 😂 haha

The address is very convenient, next to Yaohan in the center of Yixing. There is a park downstairs with children's slides, swings, big slides, and sand pits. The parent-child room is well-equipped with footstools, toilet seats, children's slippers and toothbrushes. A fighter puzzle was also given when checking in to help the children pass the time~ The breakfast quality is also great, with freshly cooked wontons and noodles, and the Swiss roll cake is super delicious and moist. The only regret is that the hotel is too stuffy. The air conditioner has not been turned on uniformly during the May Day holiday. I can only open the window of the room to ventilate, and I woke up from the heat at night.

The Taodu Peninsula Hotel is the only hotel in Yixing to bear the name 'Taodu' (Ceramic Capital). It boasts attractions like Ancient South Street, the No. 2 Pottery Factory, the Zisha (Purple Clay) Museum, and the Zisha Mine Site Park – it's the perfect starting point to delve into the history of Chinese Zisha pottery. Breakfast is served on the 60th floor, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes. The restaurant staff are incredibly warm and attentive; for instance, if the summer heat makes you crave a particular noodle dish like 'banmian', they are happy to accommodate and prepare it for you. The extensive and delicious food selection will certainly make you want to linger. The underground parking offers a streamlined process: you only need to register once for unlimited entry and exit, completely hassle-free. Truly, choosing this hotel is the best arrangement for any visit to Yixing. In the evening, you can head to the adjacent Poly Grand Theatre to catch a show or enjoy some music, capping off a perfect day.

Have been using this hotel many times already. This time round the room were newly refurbished and its very nice and pleasant. Room size and toilet is larger than before. The mattress were great, the firmness is just right and comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast spread very generous with local and international dishes to choose. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is just a short walk to the old city and very convenient for just anything and everything. You can find plenty of food and eatery shops in the old city.
