Stayed overnight for work. Staff very very friendly and polite. Didn't get her name but young lady doing check in an the bar was very polite and helpful and Sue who running the restaurant very helpful, arranged our evening meal and breakfast booking. Very helpful and prompt with service and especially helpful with my colleague who was lacto intolerable.

Great night sleep. Our waitress Sue was absolutely great. Had a laugh. Would definitely come back! Couldn’t ask for a better stay. If we ever come back up this way will definitely book again. Can’t recommend enough! All the other staff were brilliant as well!

We have stayed there before and overall we are happy with Premier Inn. It is clean and the breakfast is excellent and good value for money. We had problems connecting to the wi-fi and the reception member on duty wasnt particularly helpful. Apart from this we found the staff to be friendly.

The room floor wasn't very clean WiFi was extremely slow 100-200kb/s, even the paid one was about 5 to 7 mb/s Breakfast was poor and small portions Staff wasn't very helpful T The room as booked with breakfast, on the evening they said we need to book a slot for breakfast as they qre very limited spaces. We booked 10am the only one available, and next morning we found out they haven't booked anything for us, we had to wait even more.

Yes Lenny Henry was right-quite a relaxing stopover with lovely big room and comfy bed. Had the evening meal-great sirloin, and wonderful breakfast in the morning. I must compliment all the staff for being so friendly and helpful, always with a smile! Well done all!

Premier Inn is going downhill fast. If you are a business traveller, do not count on a decent internet connection. For a year, Premier Inn trot out the same excuse about 'supplier' issues but it is obvious that the company does not care enough about their guests to enable them to keep in touch for business and other purposes. Don't bother complaining, the staff cannot change anything and Head Office can't give two hoots. All that is avaiable is less than 1 meg for download on their free wifi. Their so-called pathetic 'ulimate' wifi that was available for a rip-off £5 per day is no longer avallable and was capped at 8 meg I could not host Zoom business meetings and will have to take my custom elsewhere. That is a shame because the staff are friendly and attentive. Also parking can be an issue with large vans and lorries taking up multiple parking spaces intended for cars. Park outside the hotel car park and you will be nabbed by the parking cowboys.
