還不錯，和目的地很近。

跟朋友到約克，定了兩間房，工作人員一直在幫忙調整。很nice。位置環境也超級贊

Excellent service from the staff when we met for a school reunion. The buffet was kept well topped up and it was the perfect venue

We booked 2 rooms and on arrival on Sunday i complained to reception about the dirty toilet in the room I stayed in. Reception said they would get it cleaned whilst we were out but on returning it looked no cleaner. I started with gastroenteritis in the early hours of Tuesday. I was very ill for 24 hours and couldn't leave the room. We checked out on Wednesday as planned and I informed reception and asked them to deep clean and sanitise the room. Whilst I can't prove I picked up the illness from the dirty room, the guest in the other room was fine, despite us eating the same meals on Sunday and Monday. (we didn't eat in the hotel). My visit was ruined and despite notifying Premier Inn I have not received any response.

The cot provided was made with 3 slats, apparently this was the mattress for the baby. In my opinion that was the wooden board and there should have been a thin firm mattress on top within the black cover. Just how is provided in traditional cots. Our baby was so uncomfortable on these three slats as her body wasn't fully supported as there were dips between the 3 slats. There also wasn't any bedding for her when we checked in after 3pm, this was eventually provided by staff but we had to put the bedding on the 'cot mattress ' ourselves, so essentially we had to make our babies own bed as it wasn't made in time for our check in at 3.10pm. The check in process was also so bad, the staff didn't seem to care, especially one man at the front desk. You barely got any words out of him to explain what was going on. The self check in kiosks didn't work for everyone so the 20 or so people waiting for check in felt like a circus with everyone waiting for one manned desk. For the £230 we paid for one night I'd rather have stayed in the posher hotel nearer the city. Was not worth the value or money.
