Spa 一流，環境優秀，只是沒浸浴的,優息一流。可容納人數不多，但空間很寬敞。 只是住的是附樓，好處是很幽靜，看山峯要走出馬路，但有其位置優勢，可能夏天會受地面其他人活動影響到吧！ 缺點主要設施要跑去主樓才能使用，慎思。

酒店環境很好 就在河邊 離哪都近 很方便 還有一個陽台 房間也很大

酒店的位置離火車站有一段距離 但是環境和設施什麼的很好 對面是一片墓園 晚上也挺安靜的 酒店在坡上 實際入住我們被安排在負樓層 但是是一樓 入住時間有要求 我們是晚上九點前必須入住

Room was in another building like behind but it’s alright just that had some trouble finding it at first. Breakfast was great, beautiful view and walk along river and near by the museum.

the location is good, located near the cable car up the matterhorn! we were given a room located in the annex building, which you have to go out into the open before assessing (q inconvenient..). there were also limited amenities (no kettle, no soap etc). the breakfast tho.... was worth it! (-: staff from the kitchen was also proactive and helpful!

역이랑 거리가 있긴 하지만 마테호른은 정말 잘 보이는 위치에 있습니다

酒店經理服務非常好。早餐也非常不錯，不提供午餐或晚餐的服務地點也還算方便，有地下停車庫。

Brought breakfast provided for torurist that can make it on hotel.

It was a good place. The breakfast was good.

The location is very good but they got us an accommodation somewhere away from the location we booked as its their new extension. The breakfast was not good for vegetarians, they don’t have many options. Its good if you want a location to move around the city instead of a comfort stay.
