Response from Property: 你好，你讓我對國外遊客刮目相看，原來國外的住客也不是所有人都那麼友好，你給你男朋友訂的是與花小舍最小的房間，特價大床房，來的時候衹有4樓有房間，我看你們兩個人拿了3個行李箱，我就給你們溝通説我有2家民宿，給你們住更大一點的房間，所以我給你們升級了更貴的高級大床1.8的房間，而且是2樓，你一離開就説我們給你們不好，你為何當時不説不在意在4樓，為何同意去2樓呢，我不是好心沒好報嗎，還有關於浴巾毛巾，每次你們國外朋友來的時候需要的都會問我們要，我們國內住客大部分基本不適用我們民宿的毛巾，浴巾，也可能是自己比較講究吧， 你是我見過最漂亮的外國美女，也是最讓我失望的外國美女，不管怎麼樣，再次感謝你的信任，感覺不好還在我家住了4天，真是委屈你了！歡迎你下次再來，祝你旅途愉快！

You are the second customer who said the bed is too hard since the opening 2 years ago. I guess I like to have a soft bed at home. Please let me know in advance next time you stay.
