We loved our stay at Valley Inn in Zhangjiajie. The setting is rustic and peaceful, with a beautiful heated pool and a cozy, compound-like layout. Frankie, the manager, went above and beyond. He was super friendly and helped arrange rides to both the West Gate (very close!) and other parts of the park and even helped us via video chat when we got lost. The morning noodles were fantastic, and the Chinese menu is solid. There are some adorable dogs and cats roaming around, which added a really nice, homey touch. We also had a lovely little tea ceremony one afternoon that made the stay even more special. Highly recommend for a relaxing, well-supported stay near the park!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at №5 Valley Inn (张家界五号山谷). This hotel is a true gem, offering the perfect mix of comfort, breathtaking scenery, and exceptional service. The villas are stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and surrounded by nature, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool is a highlight, with incredible views that make you feel like you’re in paradise. The location is unbeatable, just a short distance from Zhangjiajie National Park, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. What really stood out to me was the service. The manager speaks English, which made communication so easy, and they were extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If you’re planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a place where you can unwind, connect with nature, and enjoy top-notch hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!

إطلالة خلابة، طاقم عمل ودود، طعام شهي، وتجربة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة. أنصح بالفندق لكل من يرغب بالإقامة في مكان هادئ وهادئ. شكرًا فرانك وماي، شكرًا لكم جميعًا على هذه التجربة الرائعة.

Le lieu est incroyable, l’ambiance est géniale. Le service est superbe, Frankie a été d’une grande aide pour nous donner une carte détaillée du parcours à faire dans le parc ! Le restaurant est excellent ! Ma seule déception est le linge, le service était assez cher et nos vêtements abîmés… mais à part ça c’était parfait !

Hôtel propre, chambre immense. Personnel à l’écoute. Merci pour vos conseils, mention spéciale pour Frankie pour sa générosité et gentillesse et Yameh pour les échanges et surtout pour le bon thé que j’emporte dans mes valises. Je recommande pour tout ceux qui veulent visiter Le parc national de Zhangjiaje (Une navette vous depose et vient vous chercher à l’entrée Ouest du Parc) !

Nous avons été super bien acceuillis, avec navette pour aller au parc, cookies le soir, un cadre incroyable, je recommande fortement ! De plus le petit-déjeuner comprid est excellent, le dîner également!

We had a lovely stay at No.5 Valley Inn. The view from the pool and restaurant was amazing, the food at dinner was fresh and delicious, and the service was fantastic. The team responded to our messages in a timely manner and helped us get tickets to everything we wanted to see while there.

فندق فالي رقم 5 يستحق أن يكون وجهةً مميزةً لكل من يزور تشانغجياجيه! ليس فقط لإطلالاته الخلابة، بل لجماله الأخّاذ. غرفه ريفية وعصرية، وموظفوه لطفاء ومرحبون ومتعاونون. يقدمون خدمة الاستقبال من المطار ومحطة القطار، ويوصلوننا ويأخذوننا من وإلى الحديقة في أي وقت يناسبنا، على الرغم من صعوبة مغادرة الفندق وقضاء يوم واحد على الأقل في الاسترخاء والاستمتاع بالمسابح، وكان المسبح اللامتناهي المُدفأ المُطل على الوادي هو الخيار الأمثل بعد يوم من المشي في الحديقة! كان معظم الموظفين يتحدثون الإنجليزية، ونصحتنا رين بأفضل الطرق للاستمتاع بزيارتنا على أكمل وجه. قدمت لنا مي، التي نشأت في الجوار، مجموعة متنوعة من الشاي الذي اختارته بنفسها، وعرّفتنا على "شاي التوت" الطبي المحلي (莓茶). كانت إقامةً ساحرة، وسنعود في أقرب وقت ممكن! (وربما كان السرير هو الأكثر روعةً الذي نمنا عليه!)

فندق رائع وطاقم عمل رائع! المسبح والمنطقة المحيطة به رائعة.

The No. 5 valley inn was absolutely amazing. Stunning views, great food, great friendly service, and right next to the park. Frankie was super helpful, booked our tickets to the park, took us to the park and picked us up whenever we wanted to go. The rest of the staff were also all wonderful, and there were three very cute hotel pets. We wish we could have stayed longer! If you're considering going to Zhangjiajie, don't look any further---just book here!

Мы приехали в отель и сначала я немного удивилась, т.к. не ожидала увидеть настолько аутентичный стиль … но когда заехали в свой номер , то просто влюбилась в этот отель! Все настолько не обычно и продумано ,как -будто попала в китайскую, лесную сказку, полное единство с природой и потрясающий вид из террасы! Очень понравился большой теплый бассейн с видом на горы😍мой ребенок не хотел выходить из него, выбор еды не большой, но все было вкусно, микс азиатской и европейской пищи. Персонал очень вежлив, на ресепшене говорят на английском, отдельное спасибо за супер профессионализм и улыбчивость Фрэнку , всегда и во всем помогал! Вход в национальный парк находится в 5 минутах езды , отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер и забирает вечером. Также сотрудники помогают с покупкой билетов в парк и в целом всегда и во всем решали все вопросы ! Душа отдохнула !Спасибо огромное еще раз , обязательно вернемся …
