The hotel's housekeeper Li Qianlan took the initiative to contact us before checking in to ask about our needs. During the stay, we answered all questions and the service was very warm and thoughtful. The hotel's guest rooms are clean and the service is also very good. It was a very pleasant stay experience.

Children love the Mike fox challenge inside the room. The hot spring is great. Staff are friendly. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet. A small inconvenience was the hotel shuttle bus left without us despite telling the hotel staff with the sign board that greeted us at the train station. On our return trip, we realised that there was no signage on the hotel shuttle bus.

The location of Yinglong Hotel is the most convenient. There are restaurants within walking distance. It takes 20 minutes by taxi to Wanlong. It is also very convenient to go to Cuiyunshan Fulong. The room is very clean and has sufficient heating.

The room facilities are complete, and the service and hygiene are satisfactory. In particular, the room has good sound insulation. Living next to the elevator entrance, you can't hear the sound of people coming and going outside. The hotel is in a convenient location. If I have to find a fault, it is that there are a few exit signs for the underground parking lot. It is recommended to add more and preferably add arrows to point to them. However, the parking lot should not be managed by the hotel. 🧐😛. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

I have been staying at Huanhuo Hotel since it opened. I come here several times every winter. During peak season, the front desk is really overwhelmed. We receive about 1,000 people every day. The lobby is really not very quiet, but the advantages always outweigh the disadvantages. There is a ski slope right outside the hotel, and there is a ski equipment hall on the commercial street. This year, there are more abundant food and beverages: milk tea, rice noodles, Fu Maya, flat noodles... I contact Li Mei every year. She will inform me of the ticket code and other details in advance. She is a very attentive staff. Leaders need to increase fixed-position employees to make Huanhuo better and better.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the high-speed rail station, and the transportation is very convenient. Then the design and lighting of the room are very good, spacious and bright. It rained in the afternoon, and there are umbrellas in the hotel lobby that can be used for free, which I personally think is very considerate. When I checked out, I saw that the small cakes displayed in the hotel lobby were pretty good. I saw that the mooncake boxes sold were very exquisite, and I bought 2 boxes.
