We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Marta. The location is excellent — right in the middle of Zurich and close to everything, making it very easy to explore the city. The service was great, especially the lady who assisted us during check-in; she was very nice and friendly, which made us feel welcome. The room itself was clean and simple, though it didn’t have air conditioning. We had to slightly open the window for ventilation, which was manageable. We requested a higher floor, but I think because we also requested two single beds, we were assigned a lower floor instead. Not a big issue, but something to note. Breakfast was very minimal in terms of options. If you have the choice, it might be better to skip the breakfast and try some of the many nearby cafes instead. Overall, Hotel Marta is a good, no-fuss option if you want to stay in a central and convenient location in Zurich with friendly service.

Minimalist hotel with clean rooms. 5 mins walk from railway station. Free tea, coffee and water service. Microwave available to heat up food.  Superb continental breakfast. Definitely a plus hotel

일단 셀프체크인을 해야 하는 시간에 도착 했는데, 체크인을 위해 필요한 번호를 잘못 전달주셔서 추운 날 들어가지도 못하고 정말 난감한 상황이었습니다. 다행히 다른 투숙객이 나오는 틈을 타 로비로 들어가 로비 전화로 emergency call 할 수 있었습니다. 그 후 대처는 좋긴 했다만, 번호를 잘못 전달해주신 것이 너무 당황스러웠네요. 나오던 투숙객이 없었다면 어쩔뻔 했는지… 조식은 무난무난 비건 식사라 햄은 없네요~~

It was not a cheap hotel, but I guess for Switzerland standards it’s normal. The room is very small, bed is also not comfortable. Location is great, Breakfast for me was really just basic.

位置距離車站不遠，可搭車或步行到酒店。附近是酒吧街，晚上有點嘈吵，酒店亦貼心提供耳塞。窗戶可開方便空氣流通。早餐選擇較少，相對簡單及普通。

Overall good location and service, but there is no TV in the room.

房間，環境，小而精緻。服務專業到位。

Well located near main train station but still a bit of challenge to find if you have many luggages.

위치는 좋아요~ 하룻밤 묵기 좋은 것 같습니다! 찾아가기도 쉽고 주변에 맛집들도 있어서 저녁 먹고 금방 들어올 수 있었어요^.^

취리히 공항 도착 후 트램을 이용해 쉽게 갈 수 있음. 중심가로 위치적으로 편리. 조식도 깔끔, 만족함. 다만, 저층 호텔 뒷편 도로가 객실에선 건너편에 지나다니는 사람들이 너무 근접해 보임.

Good team at the reception, cleaness must be improved specially at the entrance, no telephone in the rooms.
