The date we booked is our 36 years marriage anniversary. I highlighted it when booking. The hotel is very kind and thoughtful of the special date. A nice cake and wonderful flowers are prepared in our room. We are very touched and happy. The weather is windy but we still have inside swimming pool to enjoy. That is clean and with warm water. My new swimming suit was left in the swimming changing room. Hotel swimming department kept it for very formally and sent to my room also with a nice bag. The swimming suit is actually a brand new and 1st time wear. The staff in GYM room is a nice guy. When I look around there was a very early morning, no others were using the GYM. He has time so introduced a lot in patient. Other services are also available and in very good consideration. Thanks very much

The staff was very helpful and kind. I got a free upgrade to have a nice view of the creek. The room and the toilet is big and spacious. It’s so close to the airport so whoever needs to have a transit, this is the best choice for them to stay overnight.

Elizabeth and Lea at the reception gave us a warm welcome, were incredibly kind and professional, and even upgraded our room – a gesture that really elevated our experience. The hotel is stunning – clean, luxurious, and beautifully designed, with amazing views, top-notch service, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our kids enjoyed the pool and amenities, and we loved the peace and comfort. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions, and the food was fresh, delicious, and diverse. Amazing room, fantastic breakfast (the fresh croissants are to die for), provided extension of room for a few hours and free ticket to palm view. Only downside, the butler service was not the most helpful, I was sick and requested for salt water/isotonic water, but reply was they only have tonic water. Everything else was amazing and great hospitality, especially the check in and concierge. Definitely live up to St Regis standard worldwide.

The best and favorite hotel! We stayed there 3 times already and everything is also perfect! Responsive and pleasant staff, excellent varied breakfast, walking distance to Dubai Mall! We had an unpleasant situation with cleaning, when they did not notice valuable things in the bed and raked it into the change of bed linen 😔 But they quickly found everything and returned it! Favorite hotel, which you want to return to again and again!

Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Kudos to Kamal and the entire porter staff for their professionalism, business like behavior and constant support. They are so loyal employees that they make one feel to want to stay in no other hotel than that of Residence Inn.

The apartment hotel is very convenient. After a few days of fun, it's just right to rest. The kitchen and bathroom are all available. We also bought seafood and cooked for ourselves. The only problem is that the washing machine doesn't dry clothes. You can ask the front desk for a folding clothes drying rack. The breakfast service is also very good. My wife was not feeling well, so she told the waiter and he helped me pack some food to take back to the room.

Perfect service, great food and facilities. Ritz-Carlton doesn't dissapoint once again. The only cons are the small area around the outdoor pool - not enough sun chairs, and awkward design of the rooms - a lot of unfurnished space next to the window, and outdated furnishing. If the room gets a little refurb, they will be splendid again. Spa is a threat, too!

That was my second stay with this hotel chain. Hotel is amazing - room, location. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Also complimentary access to beach club was very welcome

I would recommend to pay More attention to special requests of the guests. For example I wrote in advance about the 10th anniversary (before we came to Dubai), but the reservation supervisor just ignored my email. Or better to say, I sent 2 emails, but in both answers from him - my special request was ignored. But still, We’re super happy with the restaurant! Didn’t expect such a wonderful quality of food, wonderfull choice for breakfast, very tasty dishes a-la cart, and unbelievable friendly, helpful, guest-oriented restaurant staff!!! Super attentive assistant of manager - Ester! Such a nice personality!!! Thank you to her! And to all the wonderful waters, especially to Joseph, Anne, Solomon! I also want to metnion beautiful Natasha at the front desk, who is ready to solve each issuer with a charming smile! Thank you guys, you’ve made our stay just wonderful!
